11月底新開業的雲渡裏椒江花園酒店 地理位置還是比較優越和便利的 距離東商務區、青悦城、騰達等幾個商圈都不遠 🚗 對比其他四家雲渡裏 椒江花園這家設計感比較足 都市寫意風格 🧘藏匿於鬧市中的一處避世隱居好處 現代美學結合江南園林 整體風格都是滿滿禪意 對標類似風格的鳳凰山莊來講 整體更新更現代 不論是公共區域環境還是客房內部的設施（全智能、投影、雙人浴缸等）都比其要更加滿足客户需求 但可能是剛開業 很多東西都沒完善好 比如整體的服務水平還有酒店配套的服務方面 1️⃣酒店內部整體燈光較暗 經常會有很多台階在暗處注意不到 如果沒有服務人員的陪同下 對內部環境不熟悉的住店客人容易失足或者受傷 2️⃣房間內部的淋浴有漏水bug 溝通反饋後説是前期設計師風格的問題 沒有考慮周到 淋浴房間的排水設計以及門檻太低 造成“水漫金山”的問題 並表示酒店也無法解決 對住店客人來説體驗感不佳 容易滑倒摔傷 並且入住前也沒有被告知❓ 3️⃣品牌定位椒江花園度假酒店 也配套了餐飲板塊 但酒店的早餐比較單一 並且食材選材和出品以及服務上都欠佳 比起酒店的體量來説 早餐略顯寒酸 其中的煎包簡直比鞋底還硬 無法入口 4️⃣酒店充電樁具備但無法充電🪫這是我認為最bug之一的一個點 不知道是不是剛開業有些東西有待完善 但一開始也沒有被告知 對於電車出行的客人這是一個非常不方便的住店體驗 5️⃣酒店人員服務溝通效率較低 交班訊息互通不充分 第一個是入住前溝通過我們一行七人需要一個公共區域玩樂（酒店明確表示完全可以滿足 並且也是看中他們的公共區域較多才選擇他們家）但是酒店人員內部溝通效率較低 等了很久才帶領我們前往 第二個是退房後疑似有東西落在酒店 但反饋説未找到（其實已經清理房間後找到並放在前台 但前台反饋説沒有❓）導致客人在趕動車前比較匆忙又搞了個小烏龍 對於一家剛開業的酒店 入住體驗已經能打七八十分了 並且對接的工作人員小陳在入住前後都能及時的去處理遇到的問題 非常nice 儘管有一些不足但都能以最大誠意的去解決 希望多給予一些時間和善意 期待下一次入住更好的體驗❤️
