#衛生被子上有三隻蚊蟲屍體。#服務幫忙多提供了一床被子，很好。套餐含一早一晚，都沒趕上。晚餐是因為我們自己晚上有其他安排了，兌換成到達當天中午的兩碗麪兩碗餃子。但是早餐8:30才開始，對出門早的客人太不友好了。#位置交通距離臨海市區半小時左右，路況很好。自駕的話，方便去市區吃個晚餐回來。#房間設施空調不知道是因為變頻的關係，還是壞了，開了，又自動停掉，一晚上沒睡好。早上關了重新開才行。#房間景觀山裡，溪邊，夜空很棒。草坪也很舒服。#WIFI反正蘋果手機是沒連上的。電視機網絡信號也差到不能看。#游泳池吹氣的…#床偏軟，被子和其他酒店一樣，翻身沙沙響。枕頭太高。#性價比更適合880的價格

民宿很新，服務特別好，兩位老闆特別客氣熱情，老闆媽媽燒的農家菜也很合我們胃口，早餐吃的很舒服，比酒店自助餐吃的舒服多了。
民宿環境比圖好看多了，看的出來老闆裝修時的用心，擺設都是精心雅緻的。
住的特別舒服。我定的二樓三間房，中間是小客廳，一家人正好圍着客廳的三間房，除了睡覺還能在客廳聊聊天吃吃宵夜，感覺特別温馨。
第二天老闆還親自帶我們去玩水，小朋友玩的特開心呢。
很舒服的一次住宿！推薦大家！物美價廉，物超所值哦！

#臨海山居民宿，這麼好的一間民宿，必須讓你知道😍
①入住前：第一次去台州旅行，在攜程看到這間民宿剛開始是有些猶豫的，主要由於地理位置離市區有些偏遠，也擔心交通不方便。入職前一兩天，貼心的客服小姐姐就主動電話過來，詢問是否需要提前備餐，以及加了微信做好前期指引，此處必須點個贊，服務意識及態度100分，給遠方素昧謀麪的客人帶去心安。相信臨海山居民宿有這樣一位客服小姐姐一定會更加生意興隆，蒸蒸日上。🥳
②入住后：由於天氣原因，從廣州飛往台州的飛機延誤近8個小時，原本計劃下午3點左右到民宿，實際到達民宿時間接近晚上12點。去到臨海，天氣溫度15℃左右，還下着小雨，真是天氣不似預期；但貼心的客服小姐姐還在前台默默等候我們的到來，中間還時不時關心我們到哪了，到達客棧后，還主動幫我們搬行李，辦理入住。最感人的還是在物資資源本就不充足的山上，小姐姐還想拿出自己的糧食儲備--螺螄粉！！！給我們吃！！！客棧住宿條件還不錯，乾淨整潔，周圍環境也好，薔薇花開滿了院子，鴨子在水中游，小狗慵懶地曬着太陽...每一處的設置都別出心裁，非常值得再去一次。
第二天早上，我們在客棧用早餐的時候，客棧老闆，一位非常年輕活力無限的“老太太”，精神麪貌很好，與實際年齡並不符合，熱情地詢問我們昨晚睡得好不好，還主動提到帶我們和其它客人一起去七折潭，那裡是一個風景優美，無污染的瀑布，還給我們拿到了內購門票；看着客棧老闆，使着熟練的車技在盤山公路遊刃有餘地開着，邊開邊介紹臨海的山水，內心突然生出一種感慨:退休后的我們，不一定衹有廣場舞，還可以繼續保持自己的熱愛和希望去奔赴山海。七折潭是意外的驚喜和收穫，感恩熱情的客棧老闆~在山上建客棧是非常不容易的，必須克服重重困難，同時還能把客棧建的這麼好~此處必須給客棧老闆點個贊！😘
③退房后：退房前一晚，人美心善的客服小姐姐還給我們送來了芒果、速溶咖啡、薔薇花（據說是私人珍藏哦）；退房后，還熱情目送我們上車（這裏打車其實還算方便，司機很快接單，如果沒司機，店裡還有專門的開車師傅，不用擔心），還讓我們代她走一趟國清寺，待她沒那麼忙的時候，再親自去感受這大好河山。
在台州呆了五天四晚，看山，看水，看海，看瀑布，看寺廟，看江南長城，逛紫陽街，享受街頭美食，台州的人民好勤勞淳樸，四晚住在不同的客棧，臨海山居民宿給我的印象是最好的，風美，景美，人更美。以上不是托，純屬個人真實體驗，附上部分民宿附近照片~客棧價格也合理

這家酒店贏在地理位置 就在景區邊上 對着石桅岩 衝著這一點 再多山路也值得了 😃 順便說一下 自駕可選 不然交通有點麻煩 房間很有特色 真的有種回到五十年代的感覺 樸實無華 卻又別有情調 作為特色民宿 覺得也能接受不完美的洗浴條件了😅 驚恐又驚喜的是酒店進出會經過一條不長的山洞 裏面都是蝙蝠🦇 愛冒險的小伙伴甚是興奮 還有景區售票對麪的飯店 味道不錯 烤羊排味道正 我這個平常不吃羊肉的也沒抗住誘惑（飯店名叫“寶亮”）最後要贊一下酒店前台＋後勤 一位氣質脫俗的阿姨 雖然上了年紀 但精神狀態超級好 特別熱心 晚上下雨 我們回去晚了還打電話關照走青石板路要小心❤

在村子裏，周圍都是農田，特別安靜，空氣好，服務熱情，裝修風格有點老，但是很乾凈衛生，房間內有免費的牛奶麵包，國慶沒有漲價，200➕的價格還包早餐，早餐也挺豐富的，簡直太良心了，對海亮增加了很多好感，一定要找個缺點的話，就是有點偏，沒有車會不太方便，超級推薦！

PPengguna Tetamu設施：有電梯上下，有空調，沒電視，隔音有點差。入住2晚，第一晚下雨，由於住房間是頂樓搭建星空房，雨聲和流水聲伴睡一夜。第二晚很安靜。有太陽和沒太陽，窗外的風景也不同。
衞生：房間裏面挺乾淨，洗漱用品齊全。山村人家，餐廳裏小飛蟲偶爾還是會有。
環境：它家的前院打理的很好，後院還有很大空間可以利用。出了小院就沒生地方活動了。
服務：老闆很愛笑，有餐食服務，就是有些食物要提前準備，老闆會主動聯繫溝通。

The hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are helpful and kind. The breakfast is good and has enough food for foreigners to eat. The coffee is good 👍👍 The Themed sports room has a fun interactive mirror, it's fun to use it for dancing and exercise. The amenities are all good and the bed is really soft and comfortable. The amenities in the room have both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. The hotel offers free tea and that's cool 👍
Things to improve:
The reception staff could learn a few basic English phrases. The sports themed room could be better if it had an extra sitting place (another chair or a small sofa). There is only 1 chair in the room and it wasn't enough for us (I travelled with my husband and son).

JJiayu___Hotel baru tidak lama selepas dibuka. Kemudahan perkakasan sangat bagus dan reka bentuknya penuh. Lalu lintas sangat selesa kerana terletak di gelanggang dalam. Kebersihan dan kebersihan.

GGoutouma經濟舒適型酒店，比較滿意的是床品，乾淨整潔，有股淡淡的太陽曬過的味道，早餐中式，品種還可以，均衡搭配；不太滿意的是設施和服務，酒店位於十字路口，我們的房間面向嘈雜的馬路，窗是移窗，卡扣壞了，導致窗户不能關緊，遺留一條約0.5釐米的縫隙，後來用一張紙巾卡在導軌裏勉強解決，工作人員説第二天讓人來修一下。房間沒有洗手小香皂或洗手液，不方便。淋浴時水是温的，放很久都不熱，疲勞了一天就想好好洗個熱水澡，失望了，衹好勉強對付一下。打電話跟前台反映，發現電話打不出去，wifi也連不上，後來下樓去前台問，原來是需按照放房卡上的提示來操作，而不是床頭櫃上的提示，兩個不一致。關於熱水，工作人員解釋可能是入住客人多了，同時用，所以水不熱。酒店前後都有停車場，前面的不大，較擁擠，我們入住時車停在了酒店門口，第二天退房發現車被剮蹭了，因為要趕路，算了，提醒住客朋友，建議停在酒店後面較寬敞的停車場比較安全。

CCherry WeddelI recently stayed in the family room at this homestay and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, providing ample room for my family to move around comfortably. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The garden in front of the house added to the pleasant ambiance.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, I noticed that the cleanliness of the toilet and shower area wasn't up to par. This was a bit disappointing as cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any accommodation. Additionally, there were no disposable slippers provided, which would have been a thoughtful touch. Lastly, the air conditioning in the room didn't cool the space effectively, leaving the room a bit warmer than we would have liked.
In conclusion, while there were some positives to our stay, the issues with cleanliness, lack of disposable slippers, and inadequate air conditioning did affect our overall comfort. Ia sangat dekat dengan persimpangan lebuh raya dan sangat mudah untuk pergi ke tempat yang indah. Terima kasih khas kepada kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan butler hotel atas keghairahan dan ketelitian mereka. Sarapan pagi adalah bersih dan bersih, dengan ciri-ciri tempatan, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan restoran sangat prihatin. AAmelaineThe hotel is good enough if you want something affordable but also near the airport. We booked a family suite for 3 people so it was quite spacious, but the aircon wasn't working well at first. We had to call the hotel's staff twice to help us fix it or arrange it. The hotel itself is quite old, there's not much guests in it. The elevator at the time we went was not working well, we had to take the stairs which smelled old and dirty, and also had to report to the hotel staff to speed up the maintenance. We had working elevator in a couple minutes later, but it was rushed and was only newly set up, so the floor was uneven. The hotel smelled old and smelled like cigarettes. The staff was mediocre. They did gave us an extra fan in case we still feel hot, since the aircon took time to cool up.
