I appreciate the woman in the Front Desk as she can speak English, and she helped me to make a taxi reservation. Breakfast will be better if every day is different menu but no big deal for me anyway.

The room is super clean, neat and consider big compare to other hotel near the city. There is a convenient store nearby (7-eleven) and ramen shop.

Close to the airport. 5 star view. Great for the price. But I can' t recommend breakfast. Not so good quality. Dinner is bit better and there was not many people which was also great. People are nice, fluent english service. I will revisit when I'm here to rinku beach.

A very luxurious hotel with good size rooms. The Lawson convenience store is next to the hotel 2 minutes walk away. The hotel lobby is grand and very spacious. All required amenities are in the room, and toilet is very clean and spacious (Japanese standards)

Hotel is 20 mins walk from train station. Room is small but hotel got a nice view and wine onsen on 2/F. The breakfast buffet got good variety of food for its price with new view on 14/F. Good bargain esp if you want a hotel near the rinku premium outlet.

Only the location was a little bit a problem. The was delicious. And the hotel was near the beach thats why the view from the dining was great.

Near the outlet, can walk there. Nice view from the room. Nice public spa but relatively small. Overall good.

Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel .

It is near a park that is beside a sea, and a +/-20 min walk to an outlet mall where Rinku station is also located.
