Spacious and modern room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service and amenities. Two small things could be improved: the small window at the bottom of the room lets in a lot of light at night; a curtain would be helpful. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is weak, especially in the bathroom.

The hotel is new and clean, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are very spacious.

This is the best Japanese hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very new. The service attitude is very good. The service staff has been waiting in the parking lot and will call your name accurately when you get off the car. They will confirm and help you carry your luggage. After checking in, you will be given a complete introduction to the room. The room is very large. And it has a sense of design. It should have been designed by a famous designer. The air conditioner is well hidden. Compared with domestic designer hotels. Hotels of this level in China are more expensive. So 2000-3000 a night is worth the money. What's more, you must go to eat the local Miyazaki beef in the last picture. The taste is exactly the same as the beef I ate in Kobe. But I ate Kobe beef for 5000, and here I spent one-tenth of the price of 500, with the same quality. I earned back the hotel money with one meal! ! The address is on the Google map I screenshotted

It had been renovated and I was able to stay in a very clean room. It was a shame that the large public bath was a little small, but other than that I was satisfied with the room and the food.

I think both dinner and breakfast need to be improved. For breakfast, there are a lot of dishes such as tsukudani and miso, perhaps they are good accompaniments to rice? There are potted plants in the large communal bath, and I think they get wet next to the shower. Soil comes out, I'd like to see this improved.

Antique and quiet environment!

今次主要體會一泊兩食，酒店嘅溫泉水非常舒服，但晚餐及早餐嘅質素唔及傳統溫泉旅館，另外酒店安排嘅神樂劇非常好睇。

The room is large, the breakfast and dinner are rich, and there are Japanese songs for breakfast. The hot spring is very good and natural, but the hot spring facilities are a bit rudimentary.

The service attitude is 100% and the facilities are very clean and hygienic.
