かなりストレスの溜まるホテルでわたし的には出張で宿泊するビジネスホテルそのものであり、建物や設備が新しいと云うだけが取り柄の場所でした。何かにつけて使い勝手が悪い、各種機器のスイッチ類の反応も鈍い、ハンガーが２つしかなくて不便、最低でも一人４本は必要、ティッシュペーパーのサイズ(折り畳んであり)が小さく引き出してから一枚づつ広げてから使う必要がある、ハンドタオルとフェイスタオルで１枚しか無く衛生的ではない、寝間着も子供の部屋着みたいで落ち着かない、夕食時に次々と使用した皿を回収してくれるのは良いんだが、余りにもそのスピードが早過ぎて気忙しい、レストランのメニュー表に珈琲が計上されて無い、実際は注文したらあるのに。朝のバイキングも会場に入るまでに長時間並んで待つ必要があり不便、お薦めの「うどん」も大したもんではない、食べ物であり個人的嗜好が働くのはやむを得ないが、お薦めされるほどのものではなかった。シングルなので仕方ないとは云え、バスルームと寝室が透明ガラスにしてあり見えるのは何か意図でもあるのかな？ここで唯一良かったのはユニットバスじゃなくてバスルームとトイレが分離されていることくらいかな。

Excellent location. Very convenience for tourist. Airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. Nearby is the shopping street, with many restaurants. Also it is close to JR station with just 10-15 mins walk.

Tidiness: The room was maintained in a clean condition. Accessibility: The hotel’s location ensures easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the surrounding area.

瀬戸芸のため大型連休に一泊しました。連休の谷間の平日だったので市内全体が軒並み料金高め設定のところ、割とお値打ちだったこのホテルを選びました。 高松駅からは一生懸命歩いて8分くらい。駅には近いですが、周りにはコンビニや飲食店はほぼありません。チェックイン、チェックアウトはすべて機械で行います。フロントデスクに係員はいますが、ゲスト対応はやらず、雑用担当要員です。 部屋は4階のモデレートシングル。広くはないですが二人でも十分。小さいテレビがあります。 特に足りない部分はなく、ホテルとしては問題ないのですが、一点、人手不足のために荷物を預かってもらうことができません。よって、チェックイン、チェックアウトで荷物を預けたい人には不向きです。そうではない人にとっては宿泊費が高くなりがちな高松での宿泊場所の候補のひとつになるでしょう。

２月中旬、２泊３日の四国旅行で１泊目に家内とお邪魔しました。場所は高松の繁華街に位置し、琴電瓦町駅から徒歩５分ほどのところで、すぐ近く（隣の隣位）に大きなショッピングセンターがあり、ホテルの玄関先にコンビニもあり至極便利な立地です。赤いレンガ色の外観と、大きな猫のオブジェを目印にすると分かりやすいです。駐車場は無く、車利用の場合は隣接のショッピングセンター（丸亀町グリーン）の駐車場が提携Pとなっているので、チェックイン時に割引処理をしてもらいます。フロントとラウンジ、レストランは２階にあり、朝食はこちらでいただきます。３階から上の低層階はホテルフロア。高層階はドミトリーとなり、その中間にコインランドリー等が有るようです。私はホテルフロアのツインを利用しましたが、最近改装されたようで部屋は綺麗です。広さはミニマムで、特にユニットバスは激狭な為、トイレ、洗面、お風呂のそれぞれを利用する際、ちょっと工夫しないと、足や頭をぶつける危険が有ります。トイレは身長１７３センチの私でも、座ると膝が壁にくっつくほどで、大きな外国の旅行者が利用する場合、さぞ苦労するだろうなと思いました。一方感心したのが朝食で、ビジネスホテルにありがちなせせこましい場所ではなく、広々とスペースを確保したレストランに、豊富なビュッフェメニューが用意されており、また一品一品がひと工夫したもので、おいしく、気持ちよく朝食をいただく事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さんは、若くて親切な好印象でした。また夜食にお茶づけ提供のサービスが有ります。若者同士で気軽に利用する場合や、ビジネスユース、一人旅には良いホテルでしょう。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Takamatsu, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. JR高松駅からは少し離れていて、琴電の瓦町駅が近いホテルです。 高松駅から歩くなら徒歩20分です。兵庫町の商店街と中央商店街をしばらく歩き、1本曲がったところにあります。 ホテル周辺は飲み屋が多いですが、予想していたよりは静かでした。 バストイレ別のホテルですが、洗面台がベッドの横にあるのでその点は好みが分かれるかもしれません。洗面台がもう少し大きいと良いと思いました。 部屋は大きめのキャリーバッグだと何とか広げられるか、少し厳しい広さのため、連泊期間が長いなら必要な荷物を絞ったほうが良さそうです。

Got free upgrade to the room with bath tube The room size is larger than the normal Japanese hotel room with free snack at fridge. We didnt try the onsen at the top floor of the hotel, but did tried the ice cream which is for free. The twin bed is good in size and comfortable. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to Mitsukoshi, but pretty near the main shopping street. Nothing to complaint
