Hotel berhampiran Takamatsu University, Takamatsu

JR高松駅からは少し離れていて、琴電の瓦町駅が近いホテルです。 高松駅から歩くなら徒歩20分です。兵庫町の商店街と中央商店街をしばらく歩き、1本曲がったところにあります。 ホテル周辺は飲み屋が多いですが、予想していたよりは静かでした。 バストイレ別のホテルですが、洗面台がベッドの横にあるのでその点は好みが分かれるかもしれません。洗面台がもう少し大きいと良いと思いました。 部屋は大きめのキャリーバッグだと何とか広げられるか、少し厳しい広さのため、連泊期間が長いなら必要な荷物を絞ったほうが良さそうです。

２月中旬、２泊３日の四国旅行で１泊目に家内とお邪魔しました。場所は高松の繁華街に位置し、琴電瓦町駅から徒歩５分ほどのところで、すぐ近く（隣の隣位）に大きなショッピングセンターがあり、ホテルの玄関先にコンビニもあり至極便利な立地です。赤いレンガ色の外観と、大きな猫のオブジェを目印にすると分かりやすいです。駐車場は無く、車利用の場合は隣接のショッピングセンター（丸亀町グリーン）の駐車場が提携Pとなっているので、チェックイン時に割引処理をしてもらいます。フロントとラウンジ、レストランは２階にあり、朝食はこちらでいただきます。３階から上の低層階はホテルフロア。高層階はドミトリーとなり、その中間にコインランドリー等が有るようです。私はホテルフロアのツインを利用しましたが、最近改装されたようで部屋は綺麗です。広さはミニマムで、特にユニットバスは激狭な為、トイレ、洗面、お風呂のそれぞれを利用する際、ちょっと工夫しないと、足や頭をぶつける危険が有ります。トイレは身長１７３センチの私でも、座ると膝が壁にくっつくほどで、大きな外国の旅行者が利用する場合、さぞ苦労するだろうなと思いました。一方感心したのが朝食で、ビジネスホテルにありがちなせせこましい場所ではなく、広々とスペースを確保したレストランに、豊富なビュッフェメニューが用意されており、また一品一品がひと工夫したもので、おいしく、気持ちよく朝食をいただく事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さんは、若くて親切な好印象でした。また夜食にお茶づけ提供のサービスが有ります。若者同士で気軽に利用する場合や、ビジネスユース、一人旅には良いホテルでしょう。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Takamatsu, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Very good location, bus stop nearby, opposite more little inside is the shopping street, many restaurants around, free Spa separate for man and woman and ice creams! free night noodle at the hotel restaurant, very relax

リ―ガホテルを名乗っているから、期待して宿泊しましたが、がっかりさせられました。まず浴槽の縁に前宿泊者の髪の毛が束ねられたまま放置。お湯を張って入浴する際に気付いたので、ギョッとしました。清掃は何を見てるんですか。ダブルチェックぐらいしないのですか。ホテルとしてサービス以前の信用問題です。次に朝食の際、素人以下の従業員がテンパっていて、席に案内されるまで私を含め4人が10分近く入り口で待たされました。まともなオペレーションをできるようになってから現場に出すべきでサービスの価値ZEROです。朝から気分悪くなりました。朝食も見た目は良いのですが、味は吉野家の朝食以下でした。

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. They have discount for guest parking at a parking lot located at another site close to the hotel. Very close to the big shopping street in Takamatsu.

瀬戸芸のため大型連休に一泊しました。連休の谷間の平日だったので市内全体が軒並み料金高め設定のところ、割とお値打ちだったこのホテルを選びました。 高松駅からは一生懸命歩いて8分くらい。駅には近いですが、周りにはコンビニや飲食店はほぼありません。チェックイン、チェックアウトはすべて機械で行います。フロントデスクに係員はいますが、ゲスト対応はやらず、雑用担当要員です。 部屋は4階のモデレートシングル。広くはないですが二人でも十分。小さいテレビがあります。 特に足りない部分はなく、ホテルとしては問題ないのですが、一点、人手不足のために荷物を預かってもらうことができません。よって、チェックイン、チェックアウトで荷物を預けたい人には不向きです。そうではない人にとっては宿泊費が高くなりがちな高松での宿泊場所の候補のひとつになるでしょう。

I love this hotel! It may have been because I ended up in a corner suite with a hinoki onsen, which was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever had, but also because of the incredible location and the kind and diligent staff made this place a truly great experience. The food was terrific and since I was there three nights they went out if their way to insure I had a unique meal each breakfast and dinner. Many hotels in japan boast onsen but Hanajukai’s water isn’t treated or diluted, no chlorine smell and a wonderful, soft mineral feel. I’m a picky traveler who’s been around the world and have stayed at some of the top rated 5 star hotels but my experience at Hanajukai is one I will hold close to my heart.
