The hotel location is good, the service is fantastic and the facilities are good. As for the food, it is good too. The one thing lacking is there is hidden charge when checked in and felt like being cheated.

WHAT A WONDERFUL RESORT!!! ❤️❤️ the room is huge and clean. we arrived early around 11-ish but receptionist is kind enough to per us check in immediately because according to her the room is ready. they even decorate the bed for our honeymoon. they serve welcome drink (non alcohol) as well which we can enjoy up until 6pm at the beach bar. the private pool is great but since my room is facing the middle walkway to pass through other room, we had less privacy. my honest opinion, please add more tree or fence to golive the guest more privacy while enjoying the private swimming pool. locationwise, i find it serene and peaceful. the breakfast was okay, but less option for halal food. overall, im greatly satisfied with the resort.

I loved this hotel very much. So beautiful garden and view from the chalet! Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Very quite area and 3 min walk from the beach. Breakfast are pretty good with a lot of options. I ll come back again!

The accommodation was excellent, the pool-access room was perfectly designed and maintained and offered an excellent experience during the hot weather. The hotel is perfectly and conveniently located, a short walk to the streets where good restaurants and shops are located. It was a lovely leisure stay. Perhaps the resort could work on bettering customer service, as we were rarely greeted or acknowledged (although my husband and I did) whenever we entered or exited the restaurants (Malila, Cocos) for the whole 7 days. We had to physically approach them in order to get service like ordering food or drinks.

跟着團購套餐來的，體驗很棒。 位置位於考拉海灘，適合準備去斯米蘭玩的朋友，但要是想去玩普吉鎮和三大海灘就特別不方便。距離機場要開一個小時，我們是租車來的，路上不擁堵。附近沒有大的商場，可以考慮去周邊做做massage。 服務很好，入住的時候，會主動來你身邊坐下辦理手續，其他時候見面也都會主動打招呼。酒店入住的歐美人居多，沒有歧視現象。 酒店房間很新，但不是特別大，陽台泳池很乾凈。套餐裏是海邊泳池房，所以衹能看到部分海景，會有外面房子遮擋。 早餐很豐富很好吃，套餐送的晚餐很驚艷，前菜+主菜+甜點很好吃，感覺廚師很用心。 海灘上很大也有礁石，可以撿貝殼玩，但感覺不如邁考海灘乾淨。

Great place if you need a night's stay or two otw to Khaolak. Rooms were generally clean but without amenities like toothbrush etc so remember to bring your own. Fridge works well, lights need to be fixed, and the kettle in my room would need to be replaced - WiFi works well, would stay again!

This makes it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in the local flavors. 5) The breakfast at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is simple yet delicious. It offers a variety of options to suit different preferences, and it's a great way to start your day on a positive note. 6) On a hot day, the hotel's refreshing little pool is a fantastic spot to take a dip and cool off. It provides a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings. 7) The owner and staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and are always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cons: 1) One issue I encountered during my stay was the presence of lizards and flying pests, especially in rooms with balconies. While this may be a common occurrence in tropical settings, it can be unsettling for some guests. 2) The housekeeping service could use some improvement, particularly in terms of towel change and cleaning of used cups. It would be beneficial if these aspects were given more attention to enhance the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Rating: 8.5/10 In conclusion, Hotel Gahn Khao Lak offers a memorable stay with its good location, beautiful ambiance, authentic cuisine, and friendly staff. Saya mempunyai penginapan empat malam dengan seorang kawan baik. Bilik itu sangat luas dengan balkoni yang menghadap ke jalan. Memandangkan terdapat pasar 200m dari hotel dengan pentas besar yang bermula dari 5 petang hingga 11 malam, ia adalah sedikit lebih kuat pada waktu malam (anda boleh mendengar bass dengan mudah). Anda tidak dapat mendengar jalan sama sekali dengan pintu tertutup (penyaman udara berfungsi dengan baik). Bilik mandi dilengkapi dengan syampu pancuran mandian separuh terbuka. Anda mendapat air dan tuala segar setiap hari. Hotel ini juga mempunyai kolam kecil di halaman belakang yang dibuka sehingga 8 malam dan sememangnya mencukupi. Penerimaan tetamu juga dibuka 24 jam. Untuk pergi melancong, saya cadangkan menyewa skuter sejauh 50m yang berharga 200 Bhat sehari, supaya anda boleh pergi ke mana-mana dengan mudah. Saya boleh mengesyorkan hotel ini dengan mesra. saya akan kembali

New (old)place. Renovated,very big and clean. Close too bang niang area. Friendly staff.

A bit out of the way from where it's happening in town. Need to take a taxi or hotel to go back & forth. Hotel is lovely & fire show every Sat night at pool is amazing. Breakfast array was good too! Hotel staff was attentive & polite although they messed up on my tour booking. Hand towel was not always clean & was thin in quality. In room jacuzzi was not automatically cleaned after daily usage. They did come to do the job each time we called though.
