We stayed for graduation and the location was near the colleges. This is a new property, very clean, nice mid-range hotel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and well-attended. The beds were comfortable. The only quibble I have is $15 for the self-park. Otherwise, perfect for what we wanted. Good choice if you are attending a college event.

My experience was quite nice at the four points at Sheraton. Ultimately the prime person of interest that I would like to mention was a woman by the name of Sowsan (trust me I had to ask several times and write it down to remember very unique name). Her energy and work ethic or astounding considering the girl who was there when I first came in I think her name was Michaela or something she was a little bit different very short very curt very rude and didn't really act like she wanted to even be there but who does right it's a job. If I were to rate my experience based on the other girls ”professionalism” Then it would be a pretty bad rating but thank you Sowsan for actually caring about your customers and I hope that girl finds a job she enjoys.

OK, so I totally understand the fact that they say they are under renovation and will give you credits for dining, happy hours, etc. But… And huge bite, this hotel sucked even years ago before they were ever undergoing renovation. So I’m excited to see what’s to come. I will also preface this review let me start this with the fact that I am a huge Marriott fan. Truthfully, I would not even be an American if it wasn’t for the Marriott Corp (long story born in carribean). My dad worked for Marriott for over 25!years and was GM and then on to corporate so I grew up in hotel industry, I even got a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Management, and worked for Marriott in sales and a few other capacities for several years and then quit for reasons that are not relevant to this post. Nonetheless, I am extremely loyal to the company. It actually pains me to give a negative review. I have stayed at several hotels throughout the years that have deserved a negative review and I have a refrained because it wasn’t that important. This time I just can’t help myself. So - I am not sure what this hotel “renovation” entails, but in the hotel industry cleanliness is top priority. These hotel room bathrooms are tiny, but that’s ok… the not ok part is the showers have black tile walls and black floors. That is absolutely disgusting. I cannot see if they have been cleaned thoroughly, I do not know what I am standing on, and that is absolutely disgusting. Totally unacceptable for an upscale brand hotel. Furthermore, the carpet is on the darker side and it has a damp feeling, which is just as gross. Am I standing in piss, steam cleaned carpet, or cleaned up vomit, etc.? I have absolutely no idea because I can’t tell because of the color. The sinks are so tiny and there is absolutely no room to put any of your toiletries. I won’t even bring up the fact that I came into the hotel and had to use the bathroom terribly. Didn’t even bother to turn on the light, lifted the toilet seat and sat down, and my rear end got totally drenched. Just about died, stood up, smelled it and it was piss. Not from my teenagers in my own house, but piss from somebody random. How am I checking into a hotel that is not the red roof Inn and having piss on my toilet seat. Unacceptable obviously 😝. I had a very long day of work - went down to the restaurant in the lobby (Shulas) ate dinner, got a glass of wine, came back up to my room, did more work, answered some phone calls and emails. At 10:45 PM needed to take a shower so I turned on the water and noticed I had no towels in my bathroom for showering. No bath towels! None to be found anywhere! Did they even clean my room? Prob not hence the piss! . Tried to call the front desk. It took me 15 minutes to get a hold of anybody in either the front desk or housekeeping. Finally I got a knock on my door and it was the sweet valet girl bringing me towels. I have to say valet was awesome, I had to get my car out for a couple reasons because I left w

PPengguna TetamuThis is a really nice hotel; however, there are areas of the hotel that smells really foul of stinky dog. Overall, it was good for one night but not sure I'd want to stay more than that. I'd suggest only allowing pets on certain floor and allowing guest to choose like they do with smoking/non-smoking. Its a shame people bring their pets in this hotel and allow them to peep/poop in it.

Ttsnow1978My reservation was booked as a part of a group and I did not get the room type I requested. I arrived in the middle of the night and Jonathan was super-friendly and instrumental in contacting the manager aboutmy concerns. This meant alot to me because his assistance was not required, as the room selection oversight was not due to any error by the hotel. He was pretty hopeful things would work out in my favor as he was going to leave a very detailed message for the manager. I was requesting a room change during a very busy/sold out weekend. The next morning before I could wake-up good, Charlene called to further assist with the change....and when she called she even offered me a selection with the room types. This type of customer service and attentiveness made me feel special and appreciated as a Hilton Rewards Member. It made for a great trip! Special thanks also to Manager Ashley who approved and finalized my move. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was extremely polite and had a willingness to make our stay pleasant. And the breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling. I definitely plan on staying at this hotel again. :)

Location was easy to find and convenient for traveling via interstate. Lots of shops and restaurants/fast foods are available near by.
Compared to how clean a room was vs. water pressure of shower being weak was nothing.
Yes, recommend this hotel.

CChristina MThe hotel was clean and breakfast was simple but decent. Was a little disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness and amenities. There was no hand bar soap, the travel bottles they give you look like they were not new and had not been replaced. I know for sure with the body wash.. it was empty and water came out. When I went to clean up the water with a washcloth there was makeup residue on it. Overall it was a good stay.. nothing can be perfect.

We actually found a pepperoni under the desk and there were smudge marks of some sort on one of the blankets, but as soon as I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could send somebody up to clean the room, he didn’t hesitate and when I came back, the room was absolutely clean

Let's start with the POSITIVE: when we finally got a ”decent” room, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the hot water was hot, and the A/C worked well. New carpet. The property is conveniently located to numerous eating spots within walking distance and close to a major road through town. Otherwise, this was in the bottom 5 worst stays we've experienced. !. No lobby service. Everything was through a ”night” window, no matter the time of day or the weather. Trying to sign paperwork in a strong wind on the glass of the window is a TERRIBLE way to treat a Choice Motels member!!! 2. Then putting us in a room where, when we walked in, the TV was on, there looked like someone had tracked construction dust all over the carpet, the bed linen was dirty, and the ”non-smoking room” REEKED of smoke odor! 3. Visit #2 to ”the window”: politely moved to a better room (see ”Positives” above), but we used as few of the appliances as possible due to the amount of grunge on everything. (see photos) 4. No TV controller. Trip #3 to ”the window”, where we were politely given a controller and told we could leave it in the room. Great, right? It didn't work! We had to work the TV, high on a wall, by hand. We weren't up to making a 4th trip to ask for fresh batteries or whatever it took to get a working controller. 5. No alarm clock in the room. 6. Coffee and cups, but no coffee maker in the room, and no complimentary coffee service anywhere. 7. No breakfast of any sort offered or mentioned.

When we were displaced due to an angry MOTHER NATURE, we checked in the Red roof inn, in Tallahassee FL. The staff here is absolutely wonderful!! I would like to mention housekeeping in particular, after long days of dealing with our property sometimes you just want to come back to a nice clean room, and that is what we get every single day!! Couple of the housekeepers nicknamed ”uncle and wife” are very efficient, fast and friendly. Recently we've encountered Trace, and what a great individual and worker he is!! Housekeeping, is it very important part of a nice stay. We really appreciate the great workers they have here at the Red roof inn Tallahassee. 😊😊😊😊😊

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in the evening as a stop on our Big 2022 Road Trip. We were greeted by a friendly desk attendant in a non-air-conditioned lobby. We received our room cards and were instructed to ”park behind the partying contractors in the parking lot”. We let the ranchera music serenade us as we parked in a very busy lot for that late at night and proceeded past the picturesque courtyard and through the debris-strewn hallways to our room. We opened the ”experienced” door and saw a large room with a newer hardwood floor - but couldn't see much, as several light bulbs were broken or unplugged in the room and bath. Also, the AC was set at 61 degrees, but wasn't cooling at all - we removed the cover and saw that much of the AC mechanism was covered in crud and also iced up. We put a fan on the AC ice to melt it and see if it would work better and began to move in. Once Jose (a really nice maintenance man) brought bulbs and re-plugged some lights, we could see the walls were rather stained and the floor not exactly clean. The large flat-screen TV was good, but there was no remote. We went back to the front desk and asked for hand towels (none in the room) and a remote. We received a remote, but were told no towels at all were available in the evening. We settled in the warm and humid room and tried to relax, thankful that the walls did shut out all the festivities outside. But that's when we saw a small army of cockroaches swarm our bags on the table under the TV looking to share our snacks. We went to bed, but the AC never worked properly and we think the cockroaches stole some of our good cookies. We replenished our ice at the machine and went on our way. We wanted to speak with a manager, but after a somewhat long wait (behind other disgruntled customers) we were told one was not onsite and ”they'd take our comments”. Likes: friendly staff, nice courtyard, convenient location, good ice machine, reasonable price Dislikes: AC never worked (sweaty sleep isn't fun), very grubby room, light issues, insufficient towels, pool out of service, and those darn cockroaches
