Wonderful hotel in beautiful Tallin old town. The building feels special, the staff at the front desk are 5 star level, courteous, efficient, super professional. Kristi was really helpful and gave me good recommendations. I have been to many hotels and can definitely say the staff are outstanding. My room was magnificent with a fabulous view of Tallin roofs. I had a facial and massage at the spa and they were excellent. Absolutely recommended.

I’ve been visiting Tallinn twice a year for the past 20 years and I try different accommodation each time. It was my first time at the Rixwell Savoy and it was a superb experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is charming and tastefully decorated. My room gave me a view of the old town that equaled that from the viewing platform at St Olaf’s Church. Location is excellent. In the old town yet near the theatre and the Solaris/shopping centers. Room was spacious, comfortable and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. Bath robes were soft and having a bath was a welcome addition. Also, taxis can pick you up right outside the hotel - not all areas are vehicle accessible in the old town.

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

All generally acceptable but quality of breakfast was poor and let down the overall stay. Fruit not fresh, long queues and no attention from any waiting staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location is not central but not far from the centre. Short walk.

Bargain price of less than £20 a night, walked past it twice because I couldn't believe that was my hotel, it looked too fancy! Be aware that the name on the hotel is different from the one on the booking. Perfect location, right at Viru Gate between the old town and the modern shopping malls etc, close to everything, just round the corner from the tram stop to the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, room was warm (you can control it yourself), lots of plug sockets, comfy bed, modern bathroom, minibar on the large side and strangely made no noise, didn't hear any outside noise either, lovely quiet stay. Pity the view out the window is of a brick wall but it means privacy isn't an issue so you can have your curtains open all the time, there's also a Do Not Disturb sign so you can be left in peace (if you need more toilet rolls you can restock from the bathroom opposite the breakfast room on the ground floor!). I was able to leave my luggage for free on the last day in a secure room behind reception, no issues. Really good stay, didn't try the breakfast but maybe will next time, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Так как путешествовали с пожилым человеком, нуждающимся в приеме лекарств с теплой водой, заранее написали в отель вопрос, есть ли в номере чайник. Нам ответили, что есть. Фото в приложении. По факту чайника не оказалось. Сначала сказали, что чайник сломался и как только освободятся другие номера, нам сразу предоставят другой. Затем прозвучала версия того, что нам вообще не положен чайник! Персонал крайне неприветливый, лишь после просьбы закипятить нам воду, дали один стакан горячей воды. Одолжить нам чайник на 10 минут оказалось для администратора невыполнимой задачей. Если в отеле не справляются с минимальными проблемами, то чего можно ожидать в какой-то серьезной ситуации? Пришлось объяснять, что мы долго гуляли на морозе и мы все (нас трое) хотим выпить горячий чай. Мне кажется, предоставить хотя бы не чайник, а три стакана горячей воды было бы просто человечно, гостеприимно и вежливо. На второй день, когда рядом на этаже освободились пару номеров (в них уже прибиралась горничная), нам так и не предоставили чайник, попросту солгав, что номера не освободились. Просто дама на рецепшене не хотела заморачиваться. Предлагаю переименовать отель из Трех корон в Три Стакана. По поводу номера. У нас был 313, двухъярусный номер. Так вот находиться в этом номере просто опасно для жизни, так как лестница на второй этаж без перил, весь этаж - это по сути площадка для одной кровати. То есть вставая с кровати надо очень постараться не свалиться вниз. Кстати, в отеле множество ступенек и перепадов на полу, никак не обозначенных. Номер не очень чистый, розетка в комнате в труднодоступном месте, за покрытым махровой пылью холодильником. Завтрак посредственный, посуду убирают подростки, которые носятся по залу, сбивая все на своем пути. Из кухни на них прикрикивает женщина: ”Я тя щас убью!” Все это лицезреть и слушать во время завтрака крайне не приятно.

Hotel is about 15 mins walk from Tallinn cruise terminal and 10 mins walk to Nos. 4 team station to airport. It is a beautiful medieval hotel. I love the decorations inside hotel. Very near to all the places of interest. Hotel breakfast is delicious though not many variety. I love thier home made yoghurt, cherry jam, milk cereals, omelette and bread. The front lady Olga is friendly and offered to get their porter to carry our luggage to our room as it was difficult to carry luggages to our home through the steep spiral staircase. My suggestion whether can let customers to carry luggages through the restaurant to by pass the spiral staircase. The room a bit small with 2 single beds. However still enough to put two 24” luggages. I love the bathroom is big and warm. I have no hesitate to recommend to others who visit Tallinn.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в центре. Имеется просторный внутренний дворик и зона для отдыха. Завтрак был очень плотный и вкусный. Чистота в номере на 10 из 10, нареканий не было. Были также большой телевизор, хотя он мне и не нужен, небольшой холодильник и сейф. Обязательно вернусь сюда когда буду в Таллинне.

We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights last weekend and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. It is in an excellent position in the old town , the rooms are of an excellent size and the place was spotlessly clean. We stayed in no1 which came with its own sauna which was very useful after walking around the city in minus degree temperatures. Access to the location is a straightforward enough procedure , you are sent a code prior to arrival for the main outside doors and then instructions for the key lockers on the wall to retrieve the key for your apartment. You leave the keys when you depart in the same key lockers. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the old town in Tallinn then you should really take a look at staying here as it is very hard to beat. If you do decide to stay here then take the no4 tram from the airport and alight at Viru and the accommodation is literally 5 mins walk from the tram stop. You can purchase a travel card from the Rkiosk as you leave the airport , you pay €2 for the plastic travel card and can add 1 day/3 day/7days worth of money on it & you just tap them on the machine reader as you enter the tram doors , 3 days costs €7.50 and you can make as many tram or bus trips as you like
