Wonderful hotel in beautiful Tallin old town. The building feels special, the staff at the front desk are 5 star level, courteous, efficient, super professional. Kristi was really helpful and gave me good recommendations. I have been to many hotels and can definitely say the staff are outstanding. My room was magnificent with a fabulous view of Tallin roofs. I had a facial and massage at the spa and they were excellent. Absolutely recommended.

I’ve been visiting Tallinn twice a year for the past 20 years and I try different accommodation each time. It was my first time at the Rixwell Savoy and it was a superb experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is charming and tastefully decorated. My room gave me a view of the old town that equaled that from the viewing platform at St Olaf’s Church. Location is excellent. In the old town yet near the theatre and the Solaris/shopping centers. Room was spacious, comfortable and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. Bath robes were soft and having a bath was a welcome addition. Also, taxis can pick you up right outside the hotel - not all areas are vehicle accessible in the old town.

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

All generally acceptable but quality of breakfast was poor and let down the overall stay. Fruit not fresh, long queues and no attention from any waiting staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location is not central but not far from the centre. Short walk.

此方は11時まで朝食。15時まで昼食をやっているので朝食代は若干高めですが、その分、質や種類は少し良いです。私としてはベイクドビーンズが旨かった。 立地はフェリーターミナルに近いのでフェリからだと近いですが、リガバスステーションからだと数キロあって遠いですが、トラム等で行けば苦ではないです。(私は徒歩で40分位で行けました。) 部屋はシャワーブースと洗面台に各々液体ソープディスペンサーが付いてます。ドライヤは洗面台に取り付けられ、テレビはありますがチャンネルも少なく、フリーズや乱れが多いので殆ど使わない気が。電話機はありますが電気ケトルはありません。 暖房は今一で凍えない程度です。

It was one of the few hotels that offered the possibility to check-in late, therefore it was perfect for our night arrival. The room was cozy and spacious with lots of storage for personal belongings, a desk and a minibar. It was like promised in the pictures and had comfortable mattress, international TV channels, kettle and refreshments. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a bottle opener! The breakfast was good with reasonable selection.

Small room but functional and pleasant to stay. Heated floor in the shower is a big bonus. Street view but still quiet. Very convenient location for my purposes - 5 minutes walk to work, also close to tram stop with straight connection to bus station and train station. WIFI was quick and the TV had sufficient channels. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, good coffee. Friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Many thanks! The location is very good, and everything in walking distance. The room was clean but a bit small, the pillows could be more comfortable and I would expect a wardrobe in a 4-star hotel, the bathroom was a bit poor and rundown. Breakfast was ok, no better or worse than other similar budget hotels. Overall hotel was good for a 2-night stay, but I wouldn't rate it as a 4-star.

Hotel is about 15 mins walk from Tallinn cruise terminal and 10 mins walk to Nos. 4 team station to airport. It is a beautiful medieval hotel. I love the decorations inside hotel. Very near to all the places of interest. Hotel breakfast is delicious though not many variety. I love thier home made yoghurt, cherry jam, milk cereals, omelette and bread. The front lady Olga is friendly and offered to get their porter to carry our luggage to our room as it was difficult to carry luggages to our home through the steep spiral staircase. My suggestion whether can let customers to carry luggages through the restaurant to by pass the spiral staircase. The room a bit small with 2 single beds. However still enough to put two 24” luggages. I love the bathroom is big and warm. I have no hesitate to recommend to others who visit Tallinn.

Great Hotel near the gate to Old City. Nice spacious rooms, modern design with nice features, impeccably clean. Amazing spa and pool, 2 types of sauna on top floor with view over Tallinn. Great breakfast with big choice (thought many people, so come early). Tea/coffee/water in the room, quiet. Many restaurant options behind the hotel, as well as 1min walk to enter Old City. You can keep your bags if arrived early or departing later. Really enjoyed my stay.
