We were in Sept,26 during Hurricane IAN and thanks to the management and all its staff we spent a night at the hotel with all the attention we needed, especially the care and attention of the manager, Brenda who was very friendly and attentive, her employees attentive and helpful. In all the time that I have lived in Tampa I had not been in that hotel but if I needed it or recommended it that is A + because of the situation of this emergency but because i felt at home and without counting the breakfast that in any case A, hotel i had expected to find ,wao that was amazing ,in other hotels where i pay more only give you an orange and coffee , lol in this i felt like in ihop and more ,i congradulate you and every time you need or have to recomend them this will be the hotel ,you will choose,thanks to all in special brenda the manager her very attentive and helpfulmanager a pleasure . , LUIS A.

My wife and I stayed here the night before a flight out of Tampa Int'l Airport. The location appears new and well-maintained outside and inside. The check-in clerk was friendly and the room was comfortable. The only 'negatives' are that they do not offer a shuttle to the airport and they are a ways away from the airport so you will likely have to use the nearby toll road to get to the airport unless you know your way avoiding the tolls. (We tried three different GPS programs and all ended up taking us on the toll road even though we had selected the option to avoid tolls.) We have had a difficult time finding a decent place anywhere near TPA at a halfway decent price. We recommend this place as a clean and safe place to stay in Tampa.

I am not one to leave a review, but our experience with the staff at this hotel was so exceptional that I must express my gratitude. We booked this hotel as for my elderly parents - 95 and 74 (with dementia). Upon entering, the hotel staff Melinda and Chris noticed we were going to need some extra help. They immediately got us a wheel chair, adjusted our room type to accommodate ADA features, as our seniors would not be able to get in and out of a tub. The folks loved the ice cream offered by the hotel in the evenings. And upon departure, Chris was so kind to help my parents to the car, including considerate details, such as adjusting the seatbelt height for my mother's comfort. I would absolutely book here again and recommend this affordable hotel to family/friends. The team at this hotel greatly helped to alleviate our family's stressful time related to a power outage.

I was greeted immediately by 2 friendly faces, & promptly checked in! Every day (5 days) I was here was a pleasant experience. I was impressed with the daily communication through text messaging. When I needed advice of where to eat in the area, I was issued menus and phone numbers. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were amazing!
