Desayuno muy x se les acababa muy rápido el desayuno como para hacer buffet
Muy pequeño para la cantidad de personas que se hospedan solo contaban con un elevador y aveses tenías que esperar un montón de tiempo por qué siempre estaba lleno
Se me cobró un vidrio que por accidente al pasar al baño se golpeó con el brazo el cula cayó y se quebró diciendo ellos que el vidrio estaba empotrada en la pared cuando en realidad solo la base. Es la que está empotrada ala pared.
Los baños con el paso del tiempo huelen mal. Siendo que en la habitación casi no se usó

Un hotel Clasico con excelente ubicacion, pero que se quedó en el tiempo de su inauguración hace mas de 40 años. Las habitaciones requieren una remodelacion total. El mobiliario es muy viejo No hay contactos suficientes, no funcionaba el abanico de techo, el aire acondicionado es muy anticuado, la mesa de trabajo parecia que pertenecia a un carpintero por lo dañada que estaba, no hay caja de seguridad ni mucho menos amenidades como cafe, vasos, frigobar, plancha, etc. etc. El primer dia ni agua pusieron. El bufete del desayuno poco variado y no muy bueno, de hecho no regresé al restaurante en los 3 dias que estuve. Si bien el personal fue amable, uno siente una especie de acoso o control excesivo que entre otras está la cantidad de papelitos con avisos o advertencias sobre los cargos, tarifas, hora del check out y el simple hecho que te entreguen el control de la TV en la recepcion para que lo devuelvas al check out denota el nivel de hotel que es. Lo que me asombró es que aún asi hay personal ofreciendo membresías!! Ah, y el proceso de facturación bastante deficiente, hay que hablar para recordales que sean enviadas. MAEVA tenia un buen nombre, sin embargo en mi opinión ya es tiempo de renovar o vender esta propiedad.

The hotel is in a great shopping area. The service I experienced was great and the people were friendly and helpful. As I got sick with eating seafood, the staff helped me out and get to a taxi. Which I would advice anyone from the States to not eat the seafood. The hotel was clean and the food from the hotel is pretty nice. I looked at the other HOTSSON and this one is nicer and you just can't beat the location. I am definitely going to book another stay at this location soon.
