Ulasan Hyatt Regency Guam

The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

Breakfast was very yummy and also quality was good. Swimming pool was big

정말 뷰도 미쳣고 너무너무머눔 조슴니다 와이프다 너무 만좃하고 앞으로 애 태어나가면 또 방문하기로 해ㅛ습니다 가격만 조금만 더 저렴하면 조을텐뎅

一個大人兩個孩子 入住海景雙床 意外酒店給額外加了床 不用和大孩子擠一張床了 放房間帶陽台 陽台上有休閑座椅 酒店不提供瓶裝水 但一人發一個水壺 要去指定樓層打水喝（記得有四個樓層有配套房間 有飲水機、冰塊機、微波爐、洗衣機） 不是每天打掃房間 遇到客房服務兩次她都主動問了什麼時候退房，要不要打掃。然而衹給了毛巾、連垃圾桶都沒有換，儘管這樣我還是留了2美元小費，希望客房服務能主動換個垃圾桶

호텔 위치(수영장과 바로 투몬비치연결, 호텔 앞 식당 작은 번화가들 걸어갈 위치)좋음, 수영장 수질관리 하는걸 하루에 한 번씩 꼭 봄, 직원친절 but 조식은 별로..다른곳보다 맛있다 그래서 했는데..아쉬웠음. 그리고 조식 먹을때마다 커피 담당하거나 몇몇 여 직원들은 별로 ~~ ! 수영장엔 안전요원있고 다들 친절, 4박 묵으면서 매일 청소해줬고 수건도 더 달라그러면 넉넉히 줌 하루는 팁 깜빡했는데 그래도 청소 잘 해주고 감. 한국직원 상주. 세탁 건조기 각4달러씩.세탁할 일 없을 줄 알았는데 젖은 옷이 잘 안말라서 사용. 옷감손상없고 괜춘. 일회용물대신텀블러 주는데 떨어뜨리면 바로 깨짐 약함.

17:15check in，居然被告知房間還在打掃，給了兩張飲料券讓我們坐着等待一會兒…大約15分鐘後收到了房卡，但100💲按金的收據沒有給我，去前台詢問後收到了…房間內裝一般，衞生間不錯。房間電話無法使用，椅子的扶手上肉眼可見的一層灰…房間隔音較差，睡眠不好的話謹慎選擇 早上8:30去吃早餐沒有等位就入坐了，兩人座的桌子和邊上桌的間距非常近，伸手可以拿到隔壁桌食物的程度…大約9:20吃完出餐廳，門口排了很長的隊，前些天住的三家四星級酒店也沒有看到這樣的景象。 員工素質參差不齊，個別態度較差。很難想象這是一家價格不菲的老牌公司五星級酒店…

房間設施維護的不錯，雖然酒店老了但是住起來也還舒適。陽台很大很舒服，陽台上可吸煙，這一點很方便，不像周圍好幾個酒店即使陽台都不允許吸煙，以後有機會還會再選擇住這裏
