Ulasan Guam Airport Hotel

Staff is no helping in baggage to upper floor though there is no lift and not friendly.

It’s allows me to stay early check in time (~4 am).

only 8 minutes from kmart and even less for future donki stores. you could take red bus to city center just atound 10 minutes. room is very large and staff are friendly. free car to airport 24 hours. take 25 monutes to walk from airport just one simple way.

We enjoyed our time together wish we had stayeded a little bit longer

We chose this hotel because our flight was at 3:40 AM, and it was very close to the airport, offering free airport transfers. We were only staying overnight. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are quite dated, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The elderly receptionist was very helpful. We asked what time we would be leaving, and he said two hours in advance would be enough. We explained that we still needed to go through customs and departure procedures, and he said the process was very simple and we could check in directly. Sure enough, we checked in right there at the check-in counter, which was very quick. At the agreed departure time, the driver arrived promptly, called us, and helped carry our luggage downstairs and into the car. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it's a bit inconvenient with a lot of luggage, as we stayed on the second floor.

Very dirty, there were ants on the table, the bedding and towels were old and dirty and I dared not touch them. I arrived late at night and left the hotel immediately after seeing this in the room.

It is very good to be able to maintain this level when Guam's tourism industry has not fully returned to normal. The waiter's attitude was very good and amiable, but the coffee pot was not clean and there were residues in it that had not been cleaned.

The hardware, environment and hygiene are really not good. The bed sheets and pillowcases don't seem to have been changed, but the attitude of the service staff is pretty good!

The space is not overwhelming, it’s good, and the airport drop-off service is very convenient

Don't book this hotel, the sanitation is very poor, the bed is not made every day, the location is not good and there is no service! There are much better ones at the same price!

年末年始の旅行最終日、早朝の出発の為リゾートホテルをやめて宿泊することにしました。 タオルなどは洗濯はされてましたが古く清潔感には欠けました。 アメニティもドライヤーがあるくらいでシャンプー等もありません。 キッチンもありますがマグカップが3つフライパンが1つのみ洗剤等もありません。 ただ冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、備え付けのオーブンなど電化製品はあり、部屋も広く準備をして行けば快適に過ごせます。 何よりスタッフのサービスはとても良く、チェックイン前に荷物も預かってくれ、朝4時でも快く空港まで送ってもらえました。 ドンキの近くなので食事無しでも良いと思います。 また、利用したいと思いますが次回はタオルは持って行くかな。

沒有電梯，前台服務好，房間裏有飲水機和桶裝水，離機場極近，還有免費接機。

能送機這一點確實很好，如果提供接機那就得還你完美，房間有點陳舊，但好在周圍去哪裡都很方便特別是唐吉可德，走路就可以到，
