台風の中での宿泊となりましたが、フロントのスタッフが親切に接してくれ、快適に過ごすことができました。 となりにABCストアがあり、ドリンクやスナックを買うのに便利。 デューティーフリーにも歩いて行ける距離で、ロケーションも問題なし。ビーチにも歩いて行けます。 レンタカーを借りて行ったのですが、ホテルの裏手に十分なスペースの駐車場があり、無料で利用できました。 ホテル内の無料Wifi は少し弱かったのですが、特に問題はありませんでした。テレビもNHKが映りました。 リーズナブルな宿を探している人にはおすすめです。

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

Great value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc). Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam.

建物・ロビー・廊下・部屋ともに綺麗で清潔、シャワー・トイレ等の設備も新しく、ベッド周りも清潔感があって、とっても気に入りました。 ただ、Wifiの接続が不安定で、3日間の滞在中、こまめに途切れて、Wifiの環境は改善の余地があると思いました。 Wifi以外は、スタッフの対応も含め全て良かったです。

夫婦で初旅行にツバキタワーを選びました！ 特に予定は立てずのんびり疲れを癒せる時間にしたかったのでラウンジ利用のできる部屋にしました。 深夜発早朝着の飛行機で行きましたが、チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預かってもらえました。 疲れもあったので早めにチェックイン出来るか伺ったところ、アーリー(6-9時)チェックインの場合は1泊分、10-12時チェックインの場合は50%、13-15時チェックインの場合は30%、の料金がかかるとのことでした。 節約のため早めチェックインは断念しましたが、シャトルバスの始発が9時過ぎからなので次回は飛行機の便をずらすか、アーリーチェックインがいいかな、と思いました。 ちなみに7時半くらいになるとモーニングが食べられるお店が開きますが長居は出来ず、、 海を見に行ったりABCストアに行って時間を潰しました笑、ご参考までに、、 ツバキタワーはロビーから豪華でしたがやはり部屋も豪華で大満足 テレビには名前が映し出されて特別感満載でした バルコニーからのロケーションは最高で見惚れてしまう景色でした！ プールもラウンジも最高でした！ 化粧落としは無く、洗顔はハンドソープと兼用のタイプでした。化粧水も無かったのか少し残念、 浴槽があったのとトイレットペーパーは流せるタイプのトイレだったのは嬉しかったです！ サービスも良かったのですが、ラウンジ利用は1日1回までかと思っていたのですが何度でも利用できるみたいです モーニング、アフターヌーンティー、カクテルタイムがあっていずれもドリンク・お酒飲み放題でした！ カクテルタイムはおつまみ料理とはなりますがバイキングとなっていて食べ放題なので外食せずに済んでお得でした ただ、これを途中で知ったので初日から利用したかった、と少し残念でした チェックインの際に詳しく教えてもらえると嬉しかったです、、 残念点を含めてもやはり最高なホテルで思い出になったことには間違いありません！ また毎日を頑張りながら、そして円高になることを願いながら再び伺えることを楽しみにしています！ お世話になりありがとうございました！

I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!

All the staff were kind. I liked the room because it was clean. Especially, I was a Korean employee when I checked out I was wearing a name tag called Min I gave my child chocolate as a gift. Thank you!
