처음에는 가격이 비싸다고 생각했는데, 막상 도착하고보니 바로 납득을 했습니다. 유명 맛집, 쇼핑센터, 투몬비치와 접근성이 매우 뛰어납니다. 이동시간을 줄여서 소중한 가족들과 시간에 더 집중할 수 있어 훌륭했습니다.

Visiting Guam is always a nice experience; and staying in Grand Plaza Hotel made my stay even more enjoyable. It is very accessible since it’s in the heart of Tumon. Nice and clean room and very accommodating staff! Shout out to Ms. Natalie for her amazing and friendly service. Can’t wait to come back and stay again in Grand Plaza Hotel!

✔️룸 내부 룸 내부 사진을 찍어둔 것이 없네요.. 더블베드 2개와 킹베드 1개로 식구 4명이 편안하게 잤습니다. 바닥은 카펫 재질이라 먼지 유의하셔야 하고 벌레는 없었습니다. 침대 커버, 베개 이불 모두 깨끗했고 좋았습니다. 건물 자체가 오래된 만큼 화장실은 낡은 느낌이 있었습니다. 그래도 수압도 좋고 욕조에서 씻기에 무리는 없었습니다. ✔️조식 매일 아침 조식권 들고가면 도장 찍어주는 시스템이었습니다. 메뉴는 무난한 구성이고 한중일+미국식 음식들 여러 개 있었습니다. 갈 때마다 사람들 줄이 꽤 길어서 비교적 이른 시간에 가는 것 추천드립니다. ✔️수영장 수영장이 유명한 호텔답게 유수풀도 꽤 크고, 슬라이드가 여러 가지여서 재밌었습니다. 다만, 만타 슬라이드는 수리 중이라 못 타서 아쉬웠고, 파도풀은 시간대가 정해져있어서 제가 갔을 때는 시원한 파도를 못 탄게 아쉽네요ㅜㅜ ✔️위치 다른 호텔들(PIC, 두짓타워, 롯데 등) 모여 있는 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 렌트카 빌리시면 큰 무리없이 다닐 수 있습니다. 차 타고 10~15분 거리에 시내, 쇼핑몰, 바닷가 이용할 수 있습니다. #괌여행 #호시노리조트 #리조나레 #guam #risonare

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

This hotel is weird as hell. When you get there there is no concierge to guide you. The reception area is at the top so you are expected to figure this out yourself. The hotel staff not very friendly, any questions asked seems like an inconvenience to them. No coffee or tea in my room, had to get it from lobby the next day. The room itself was decent, the bed was uncomfortable, the room had a bath tub which is always a bonus for me. Other than that very average hotel, just make peace with the fact you get what you pay for.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Guam for over three months, I was there helping with the Typhoon Mawar recovery clean up, working long hours, 7 days a week, and the most important part of the day was finishing the shift and going to a place where if feels like home and relax, get a nice hot shower and relax in a comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Everyone who works there has always been attentive and willing to help with anything we need to have the best stay ever. Very quiet place which is a plus because It allows me to rest after a long work day! Thank you for everything!!

괌에서 젤 최신시설이라 좋긴 좋았어요. 클럽 라운지도 뷰와 서비스는 괜찮았지만 음식맛이랑 음료 맛은 그냥 그랬어요 맛없는건 아닌?. 성수기라 비싸게 가서 그런지 가격 값은 못했지만 . 낫배드!하지만 다른 곳들은 룸 컨디션 안좋다는 말이 많아서 돈 더주고 여기로 갔는데 룸 컨디션은 좋았고 어메니티도 넘 좋았어요. 바다 수영하고 나서 머리 감아었는데도 보들보들 해지는 컨디셔너. 스페인 어쩌고 텐저린 컨디셔너 완전 굿굿.

투몬 시내랑은 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 렌트를 하지 않는다면 조금 불편하긴 하지만, 리조트를 내가 빌린 것 마냥 조용하고 편하게 이용하고 싶으신 분들에겐 아주 좋은 선택지예요:-) 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다. 리가로얄에서 2박 후 두짓비치로 옮겨 2박을 더 했는데, 두짓비치는 너무 시끌벅적한 느낌이 있었어요. 인피니티풀은 예쁘고, 룸 오션뷰도 매우 좋습니다. 조식같은 다이닝은 이용하지 않았구요, 룸 컨디션이나 시설은 좀 낙후되어 있긴 합니다. 하지만 기대를 안하고 갔는데 생각보단 훨씬 좋았어요. 너무 습하지도 않고 적당히 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔이에요!

All the staff were kind. I liked the room because it was clean. Especially, I was a Korean employee when I checked out I was wearing a name tag called Min I gave my child chocolate as a gift. Thank you!
