Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

This is a very beautiful place ! All the staff is really kind and polite, always smiling on face and makes you feel warm ! The hotel breakfast had lot of choices , they will keep cleaning your table and ask you regarding the foods. This place near KIP/KIP2 so I just spent time at the new township for my 2 days 1 night trip.

Location was okay but super close to the airport for a layover night, the service was good too nothing extra, the room was clean but the streets were a bit loud and the windows doesnt block the noise much at night. Ps: No photos were taken though

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

PPengguna TetamuOutstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe always stay in here whenever we travel to Jakarta because this hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport for free and it’s available every hour. It is very convenient for us in order to catch a flight. The breakfast is good, food is good, gym is good, they have sauna and steam room, the pool is clean, staff is very friendly and so helpful. It’s very recommended guys and it’s near to the airport which is a good thing.

PPengguna TetamuIf you have much money just book 1 cabin double bed for alone. This place fit for young people because the room is sooo very small. Big luggage its not enough, you have to open it outside. Overall if you just want to stay for hours before your flight its worth it. The cabin is clean but you cannot eat inside. The AC is central and already in good measurement. One thing is download application before you check in so you dont have to waste your time because you need that to open your room.

PPengguna TetamuI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

PPengguna TetamuTraveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

DDennyThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

DDeznadDirection: The hotel was located in the airport, so if you're bookibg a grab to this place, locate for T3 departure gate 4D.
Once you enter the airport, head all the way to the back. The entrance is hidden beside a barber store. Do note that there's a stairs down to the hotel check in counter.
Do note that this hotel is not ideal for people on wheelchair and crutches, as you'll have to go down and up stairs.
The check in was smooth and quick.
Despite being windowless, the hotel room was spacious for a layover rest. The bed was comfortable and soft!
The charging point uses the standard singapore plug.
The toilet was great! It came with a bidet! They provided toothbrush, vanity kit, soap, and shampoo, conditioner!
Overall the room and amenities is super clean! It's conveniently located in the airport so you'll have easy access to check in for early flights.

Saya suka penyediaan masakan tempatan mereka, terutamanya sos! Rasanya unik. Makanan Itali agak berat dengan garam, tetapi jus tembikainya benar-benar segar.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel location is easily missed; not well marked. It is at Terminal 1, which is not a busy terminal. There are no lifts fro street level to reception .. the air conditioning unit requires cleaning; and has low output. Minimal services available in the room, and wifi is continually failing ..
There are no elevators to higher floors ..
would I stay there again .. No!
