Was okey for the price, but thats it there are better options.

Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was great and staff went above and beyond to sort out any issues. Booked a superior suite. Room was good size but furniture was bit outdated and not very clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit. The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely. Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.

SLECHTSE HOTEL ERVARING OOIT!!!! ze beloofde voorzineingen die er niet waren verwarming was kapot ze gaven ons in de plaats een kapote soufage onze eerste kamer was heel vuil onhygiënisch haren overal op de grond badkamer was deels beschimmeld aan het bad Eerste nacht heel slecht geslapen nadien wouden we onze boeking annuleren voor de resterende dagen terug betaald te krijgen door hun voorzieningen die ze niet nakwamen krijgen maar het hotel WEIGERDE! De terug betaling wat onacceptabel is en zeer on klantvriendelijk DIT HOTEL IS HEEL AFGERADEN ZIE HIER ONDER FOTOS ALS BEWIJS

Horrible Experience - This Hotel Doesn't Deserve Any Stars* I recently stayed there, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I checked in late at 11:00 PM, only to discover that my room wasn't ready. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly frustrating. Once I finally got into the room, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. Given how hot and humid it was outside, the room quickly became unbearably stuffy. I went back to the front desk to ask for help—either to fix the AC or to change rooms. The staff member informed me that no other rooms were available, had no towels and that they couldn't do anything to fix the AC. This was incredibly disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star establishment. I decided to check online and found that there were still rooms available for booking. When I confronted the staff about this, they initially denied it. It took 30 minutes of arguing before they finally admitted they had other rooms and reluctantly moved me to another one. Unfortunately, the new room was just as bad, It was dirty, with hair on the floor and mold in the bathroom. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. This experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The lack of professionalism from the staff, the poor condition of the rooms, and the overall discomfort I experienced made this stay unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the money, time, or frustration. I will never stay here again, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same terrible experience.

Well. I didn’t like there very much it was alright just if you were only for 2 days afterwards isn’t a good place to stay in room didn’t have heater in the day light is alright but in the night is was very cold

Location is little far from the centre overall Good. Staffs are very nice and helpful specially Ayub receptionist.

The hotel was very cheap we payed around 35euro. the room was quite big with a bathtub and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The bellman was extremely nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the floor there was dirt on the wall. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be a kind bed. Once we arrived it was twin. We were very tired and it was late, we had to wait that the housekeeping staff come to make à the bed king. He was super nice by the way. Also we were disappointed to not be able to swim at the swimming pool as it was green and extremely dirty w

The hotel looks nice when you enter. The rooms are not very clean and definitely need maintenance. I had cockroaches in my room mini fridge. The service is very slow and don't understand English well. The towels have being taken every day and was never a new towels replaced. I had to hide them from housekeeping. The spa was closed as they said because of the Ramadan but I had check a Google reviews and someone already said about spa being closed 3 weeks ago. It's more than Ramadan started. The breakfast is very poor and the food was cold. They only offered an omlette when I was already done with the breakfast.Very dirty table cloths. The pool was open but it's dirty. The staff is very unknowledgeable. Tits 100% not a 4 star hotel. No way. Unfortunately I won't be back to this hotel.

For the price, it's a great hotel. Quiet area but can always take a taxi to the Medina/ beach very easily. Stayed here second time.

Price is good, but you have to pay extra “tax” when you enter, still a fair price but there is NO AC in the room. Toilet does not work and they didn’t bother to fix
