"Pas lagi lelah mau geletak ,sprei bsrnoda entah darah, entah kutex Minta ganti datang sprei yg tdk putih bersih, alas dalam tempat tidur jg bernoda, habis wkr utk acara ganti..semua sy suruh ganti sekalian sarung bantal.Sepertinya (suspect sy aja)mrk gak ganti sprei pas tamu sebelum sy check out. Seram jg ya.. Pas ganti selimut bed cover, datanglah bedcover dlm bentuk buntalan (bukan posisi terlipat rapi dlm.kemasan plastik sbg tanda itu bedcover bersih) Jangan gtlah..kita bayar hotel bukan penginapan biasa. Tidak bersih,dinding kamar mandi juga kotor. Hy shower gel dan shampoo nya sy suka aromanya. Gym room sm kolam renang indoor favorir. Breakfast variatif walau rasanya kurang enak. Pilihan tetap terserah orang. Saya hy review."

"I booked this hotel for my trip.. but booked at the wrong place. supposed to book at tanjung balai karimun. This is my first time travelling so I don't know the place and booked at the wrong place.. once I knew I booked at the wrong place, I submitted a booking cancellation request the same day with evidence of my ticket.. But no response from the hotel.. more than 4 days I was trying to contact them but no response from them. I called them more than 10 times and msg also, one lady answered my call but she talked to the person next to her.. she didn't talk to me.. I don't understand what kind of management they have.. Then I chat trip.com CS, they also tried to contact them but the hotel management said their policy doesn't have free cancellation.. Really cheating people.. coz while I booked the hotel they mentioned there was a free cancellation.. Even I submitted a cancellation request on the same day but they rejected.. Guys please don't book this hotel. It looks like a scammer.. I really feel irritated because of this hotel. In the end they never refund me anything.. I paid rm310++.. Really this is a ************ hotel.. Don't cheat people's money.. Karma will hit u.. Your hotel won't get any customers.. Close ur ******* hotel soon!!!!.************..."
