Unfortunately, this hotel is very disappointing. It's old and dilapidated, and the staff are unprofessional. I came to Belitung and booked an ocean-view room for a relaxing vacation, but the hotel gave me a noisy room on the top floor. I couldn't sleep there because the noise from the water pumps and air conditioners on the roof was extremely loud. I asked to change rooms at 1:00 AM, and they moved me to a similar room with the same noise. I asked to change again, and they moved me to a room on the second floor with different features than the one I booked. They told me it was the only quiet room available, so I had to accept it at 3:00 AM so I could sleep. I couldn't change it after they told me all the rooms in the hotel were occupied except for the noisy top floor, even though I didn't see any crowds. I later learned from the receptionist that all the guests have been complaining about the rooms on the top floor for a long time, yet the management doesn't seem to care about fixing the noise. The breakfast buffet is terrible and very limited, and the food, especially the bread and pastries, isn't fresh. There was an open buffet dinner with a seafood barbecue, but I deeply regretted eating there. The employee in charge of the barbecue didn't listen to customers and treated them disrespectfully. I ordered food six times in a row, but he ignored me and did nothing. He just said, "Sorry, I forgot to order. I'll grill it in a little while," which left me hungry despite it being an open buffet. I reported the problems to management, but their response was the same as the barbecue employee's: "Sorry," without any action being taken. The air conditioning in the restaurant and reception area wasn't working, and neither were the fans, making it unbearably hot during the day. The hotel's policy seems to be one of neglect and disrespect towards customers. When asked about the reason or to complain, their response is always, "Sorry," without any attempt to resolve the issues. The beach in front of the hotel was filthy. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
