"As we had ask for not corner and quiet room but was still giving us noisy corner room but the cleanliness and location was good overall. The main part was when i reach early at 12 and ask if we could check in early but the staff told us around 2-3 pm will do, so we go around coffee shop and wait untill 2 pm then went back but they say only can check in at 3pm and if wanted to check in early then need to pay extra Rm30 which was not stated on the notice or Tnc, so that mean they have room ready but not willing to provide to us, as my partner arr tired we pay the extra 30 but they werent providing any receipts and told us the Rm 30 was for the cleaner which i dont really feel good about it"

"The hotel is strategically located. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a car park. However, the level of cleanliness needs to be paid attention to. Lots of hair behind the room door, the toilet still smells like it hasn't been washed using chemical. Shampoo and bath Empty gel is not refilled. Hope there will be good changes in the future.."

"I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces"

"This was my first stay at Promenade Hotel Bintulu during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bintulu town, surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, and convenience stores, making it easy for guests to access anything they need. The room was well-equipped with basic amenities and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was quite enjoyable.
