A bit pricey for what you get. My room was on the basement floor i think and you can smell a bit of the sewers not pleasant. Basic breakfast. Plenty of options around for lodging.

I originally booked a 2,000 yuan hotel next door which was very bad. I came to this hotel for a last minute room search. It was half the price and very clean. If it wasn't so old, it would definitely be a five-star hotel.

During the off-season in Taormina, when most 5-star hotels are closed, this old hotel that can stick to business is precious. The hotel has a good location, good service, and sufficient heating. The only regret is that there is no electric water heater. The balcony sea view room I chose has a wide view, and the Etla volcano is clearly visible, perfect for taking pictures. I especially like the breakfast service staff. When I went there, it was already meal collection time. When I apologized and was about to leave, the waiter asked me to take a seat. The old chef came into the kitchen and brought me two plates of food one after another, and a cup of cappuccino ☕, which was so touching.
