Hotel Romantik di Taormina

酒店前台Neomi非常友好，整個酒店其實分為兩個部分，在山上的Timeo和海邊的San‘Andrew。兩個酒店之間每半小時有免費穿梭巴士可以坐，其實很方便。Timeo的風景絕佳，服務更是堪稱一流，入住有歡迎水果點心，晚上睡前會放一杯晚安茶飲。由於到的比較早，前台貼心的安排在Bar喝點飲料，退房因為去沙灘玩而忘記了時間，直到下午三點才退房，在90%入住率的情況下完全沒有人催促！晚餐選擇了去海邊的餐廳欣賞落日，每一道菜都很好吃。實在非常滿意此次入住。

Great hotel with spacious room, prime location and lovely garden. The breakfast is exquisite, even has 4 flavours of granita and orange press juicer on board.

Just an impeccable experience- I have been at this hotel many times and it never seizes to delight me!! Nothing gets old here. The rooms are just gorgeous, views are breath taking and the staff is beyond warm and hospitable. I had the pleasure of working with Max Ponturo from the reservations office and Luigi who is the F&B Manager. I was organizing a block of rooms for a a number of guests attending an event in Taormina. Through the months leading to the event, Max was handling my requests and all the bookings with so much patience and care. We also had a number of packages sent to the property are very grateful for the team's cooperation in receiving all the packages in advance. Everyone at the hotel received the guests with utmost warm hospitality. Virginia, the Guest Relations Manager also made sure that any needs during the stay were met. All the guests enjoyed their stay and absolutely loved the hotel in every way. We also organized a casual aperitivo for the guests as a welcome, and Luigi, F&B Manager was very cooperative and accommodating. Their team was amazing and the guests had a blast. Also in general everyone loved the service and food at all F&B locations in the hotel. I congratulate the team at Grand Hotels San Pietro for offering such amazing Hospitality, impeccable service and quality food, creating memorable experiences for the guests.

It was very beautiful hotel with nice staffs! And dinner and breakfast in the hotel was delicious! Highly recommend to visit Atlantis bay !!!! But gym was a bit small and we were a bit disappointed that sauna was only for wellness user ... But we would love to come back next time ! We love taormina!

Arrived on the 2nd of September and enjoyed every minute of the time we spent in the hotel. We arrived in the hotel reception and was greeted by the lovely Angelina, who made us so welcome and gave lots of information effortlessly. She had arranged some nice drinks for us that evening as we were there for a birthday celebration. She walked us to our lovely room and which was stunning, luckily we were also given a sea view room. Only disappointed was the fact we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to her when left on the morning of 6th to thank her properly. Apologies for missing you, the Taxi picked us up pretty sharp. All of the reception staff were nice, helpful, friendly but professional. All the staff in the hotel were excellent, friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. The bar staff were great and made excellent cocktails with lovely Cicchetti sides which were very tasty. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff, were great and organised. The bed in the suite was comfortable and room was spotless and cleaned each day. The shower was spacious, with various shower heads and the Ortiga soaps smelt lovely, which can be bought at the shop on the Corso Umberto. The hotel is designed well with lovely art work and beautifully furnished. Location is the best, right on the Corso Umberto. The infinity pool views are spectacular. Will definitely return one day and wish all the staff all the best.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great check in experience with a female staff member- we never got her name but she was really friendly and provided all information upon check in. We dealt with a few different reception staff during our stay and all were lovely to deal with. Staff at the pool bar and at breakfast were very pleasant also. Regarding the rooms, we had a sea view room with a balcony and it was absolutely fabulous- the view was out of this world! As mentioned in other reviews, yes the balcony is small but we found we had sufficient room to sit out on it comfortable and admire the view! The room itself was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was at the front of the hotel but we were never bothered by noise and slept very well during our seven night stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. The pool area is beautiful, and there are fantastic views from it! There aren’t an awful lot of sun loungers but we usually managed to find somewhere to sit, although we generally only visited the pool later in the day, after a day of exploring the area. Towels are also provided which is really handy. There is also a little bar at the pool which is really nice. The only complaint about the pool area is actually to do with other guests, rather than the staff. Many people would leave the pool area and leave their towel lying on the sun bed rather than putting it in the basket provided! In fairness to the staff, they were very good at removing towels when they were sure people had left, and putting fresh towels folded on top of free chairs/loungers which made it clear that these were available. However, it was sometimes difficult to keep track of, and it’s not difficult to put your towels into the basket, and it would be great if guests could be mindful of each other by doing this! We only ate breakfast in the hotel, but both the choice and quality were excellent. The location is another huge benefit of the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the centre, but in a quiet and peaceful location which meant we always got a great night’s sleep! Overall, this is an absolutely brilliant hotel which offers great value for money and we would highly recommend it

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too. However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days. Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

Not bad. But remember don’t arrive and check in too early. Staffs there are very friendly and helpful.

各方面服務到位，早餐特別豐盛，連住兩天都沒吃全😜頂樓觀日出也是超級棒。正好都是大晴天，不僅看到了完美的太陽升起，還聽到了鳥鳴伴着海浪的和聲，看到火車和汽車從腳下穿行，下次天氣再暖和一些，一定要體驗一下樓頂的泳池🏊

An incredible hotel. The location, building and views are stunning. The staff are something else!! My wife unfortunately tripped near the hotel on the second of our seven nights, badly twisting her ankle and making it impossible to get up to our room on the second floor. The hotel manager offered us a family suite on the ground floor at no extra cost which was greatly appreciated, but it was the way all the staff went out of their way, every single day, to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible that stood out. In partcular Valentina, Emanuela and Stefano were simply wonderful. Well be coming back soon!!
