Hotel Taoyuan dengan Sarapan

The room was clean but smelled of smoke. We were accommodated to have another room that doesn't smell like smoke. They need to be stricter in check out processes to ensure that guests don't smoke. There aren't many facilities in the hotel as it's a single tall building, but they make up for tourist flyers in the lobby, the quality of toiletries, the courtesy of the staff to ensure that the room is clean and belongings are safe. I like its proximity to the airport and metro station, and shopping area. I also like the quality and taste of the breakfast served.

南方莊園佔地寬廣，停車相當便利。進入大廳乾淨明亮，寬敞舒適，櫃檯人員態度服務親切，另有商店服務區，規劃相當棒！房間乾淨舒適。 早餐位於二樓莊園餐廳，用餐時間平日為07：00~10：00，假日07：00~10：30止。早餐供應方式為自助式吃到飽，以中西式為主，品項豐富多樣，包括現煎蘿蔔糕、蛋餅、荷包蛋、擔仔麵等等。 下午茶時段位於一樓一起吧，視野寬闊，大地草皮一覽無遺，營業時間為14：30至17：00，吃完飯走走草皮，非常舒服，在緊張的壓力下，可以來放鬆的好選擇。 餐廳服務人員親切細心，收餐盤迅速，整體上一天行程下來感覺非常舒服。 整體上無論餐飲或是設施CP值很高，值得推薦介紹給大家來體驗。

There's a big water container in the room which is fixed on a dispenser which dispense both hot and cold water. Self service washing machine and dryer at level 1. Good breakfast with many choices and not too hard to find food nearby

This resort consists of a hotel and a golf resort. The rooms were spacious, the climate control was efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet. We had booked accomodation plus breakfast plus dinner. The food was chinese-style, i.e. for children from Europe who prefer western food, it might be difficult to find something they like. The room had a spacious fridge and cupboards. The bathroom was fine and had a japanese-style toilet with heated seat, heated water brush etc. The resort is not in town but outside. There are no nearby shopping facilities or restaurants. One can use the hotel restaurant, I believe almost the whole day. If you come as tourist, I would advise to use Uber or a rental car. The drive to Taoyuan center or airport is about 30-40 min, to Taipei about 40-60 min, depending in the traffic. The staff was not speaking English, but we rapidly solved all questions because they were so nice and helpful. The pool is smaller than shown in the advertising image. A good perspective was used.

Left something behind in the room and sent two emails to enquire but gotten no reply till today. Though it was not something expensive, it would have been greatly appreciated if someone would bother to reply.

All the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around. If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

位於石門水庫旁的渡假飯店，雖有二十多年的歷史，硬體設施的更新及館內服務人員的熱情服務是本次旅行的最美回憶，聽服務人員介紹飯店休閑館有三溫暖設施，抱着好奇的心情前往一探，溫水池、蒸汽室、烤箱都很滿意，也舒解了旅途的疲憊。 夜晚窗外的景觀更是令人開心，完美的旅程。快樂的假期

前台服務員有禮，有問必答。 我預訂是snoopy房間，但房內床單被套梳化都不是snoopy，真令人失望，我們是為著snoopy才來這飯店住一晚，價錢本來已經不平宜有點不值。除了一塊大玻璃有snoopy其他設備都沒有snoopy都不明這是甚麼snoopy房。 3樓snoopy商店很美麗，但貨品價格有點稍為高了一點，打卡點多，扭蛋機有點不好，應該全是扭出snoopy才對，有些會扭出其他不是snoopy公仔的，令人有點失望。 早餐味道不錯，款式就少了一點，荷包蛋煮好放在保溫箱一點也不好味，要即煮即食才好味。

The room is good..but we are disappointed in the receptionIst..we wait for more than 1 hour although we have reservation
