CP HOTEL

The hotel is quite average overall. The reception staff could be more welcoming, as they didn’t smile much during check-in. Basic amenities are not provided in the room and need to be requested from the reception desk, which is a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel is brand new, so everything is clean, modern, and still in good condition.

Room is very comfortable, don’t have cabinet to keep clothes other wise everything is good Even the breakfast have variety choice.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am just as pleased as I was during my first visit. The overall environment, including the lobby and rooms, is consistently clean, bright, and well-maintained. It is also very convenient to order food delivery.The location is excellent and very close to the airport, which makes traveling highly efficient. However, I must say that the attitude of the front desk staff was just average and rather lacking in smiles, especially the male staff. Since ********* are generally known for being extremely polite and hospitable to tourists, this was a bit surprising and slightly disappointing.Despite the service, the hotel's hardware and location are still highly commendable. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience, but I hope the front desk can improve their friendliness in the future.

Very clean Property Comfortable stay. world the Money not expensive

CP hotel is close to Taoyuan airport, hence it is convenient to stay here to catch an early flight . It provides a laundry room which is very welcome after many days of hikes , to do my laundry.

The hotel is very new and clean. Quite close to Taoyuan Airport compared to Taipei area. A good choice to save accommodation and transportation cost if you are planning to take the high speed train to other cities as well. Also, the staff and drivers of the free shuttle are very nice, polite and drive safely.

The shower has a great water pressure and very good layout. The counter space next to sink is spacious where you can place toiletries. About 15mins to 20mins from taoyuan airport. Overall, it's a comfy hotel.

The room that i booked was no breakfast included. Overall, the hotel is good, good location good service. You can get onto the free shuttle bus to the high speed train station easily but you got to prebook in advance. Free washing and drying facilities which is a plus!

Overall, the service by the hotel staff was professional and they responded fast to our requests. For example, when I called and asked for a change of towel, under two minutes, the staff delivering the new towel pressed the door bell and she also apologised for the inconvenience. I was shocked by her speed, as if she was living in the room near me. The food was also one of the highlights. They have both international and local cuisine and the food and coffee was very delicious! The only inconvenience was the location as it is quite far from HSR stations and the free shuttle ended at 4.30pm. Hope CP Hotel can consider extending the free shuttle to 9pm.
