Ulasan Hua Yue Hotel

Hi, our over all rate experience as a couple in this hotel, is 7. Why? It's because there is so many things missing like tooth brush and toothpaste. Also the shampoo and soap is all in 1. Anyway, their bath tub is one of our favorite spot. It is unique. Hope the hotel can innovate something modern in rooms and bed. Plus the lights. At the counter, lady receptionist is very friendly.. In cleanliness, still have a smell of cigarettes. Lastly, the most satisfying is it's very near to Train station and BBQ Hot Pot restaurant. That's all.Thank you.

I forgot to take a photo . The room is very dirty . The curtain and even the wall. There is no toothbrush . Body wash . Only Shampoo and conditioner that has a bad smell because it put on the metal box and that cause stain and bad smelll. The floor of the room is also dirty.

The hallway is quite dirty; the carpet seems to be at its limit, and the humidity is noticeable. After seeing the reviews on Google Maps, I wouldn't want to go there.

The hotel is objectively very old, dirty and smells like cigarette, but it's also the cheapest one near the Taoyuan train station and the bus stop going to the airport so I don't want to complain. I had zero expectations and it was as expected. Both men I saw working at the reception were nice and smiling.

I have stayed here 3 times but I was waiting to go to the airport on the morning of the 5th but the staff came to chase me away saying that I can't stay here, I have to leave, this place is closed, the service is not very good. The bedroom is not very clean, booked for three people, extra bed was brought the next day, coffee was not available on the day I extended the time and then chased the customer away like this, it is completely inhumane, it is very bad service, the counter at 5 a.m. at 2 a.m. is a fat man.

only few minutes walk from station. room is large but for some maybe a bit old. Still nice and quiet clean.

This is not 3 star hotel. It is old night stand hotel.  This was my first Trip.com experience and it was terrible. Trip.com overrated this hotel. This is 1 star hotel.  Also trip.com sent this survey after 1 month.  Information from Trip.com cannot be trusted.

Cheap Price, Good Quality Service, Clean Easy to access from bus stops and train station...

The hotel is in a good location, quite close to the train station and there are department stores nearby. The facilities are very good, but the hotel room smells of cigarettes, which is still unacceptable!

The room was unpleasant and smelled of smoke; the service was poor; the lighting was bad; I felt cheated, which ruined my mood. It was a bad experience, and I would never go there again.

Although the room has central air conditioning, the temperature is just right. For under 1000 yuan, it's a great deal with a bathtub and a large TV. Free parking is also included.
