The vip deluxe room is too big for us And the jacuzzi it so nice to relax

The place is ok, but in a weather like winter the room dont have heater nor, thick blanket

the room was big，bed was comfy and clean，but when i book for overnight stay，the hotel member told me：eventho i booked overnight， i still need to checkout and recheckin again every single day！ if not i need to pay extra charged for the morning stay！which was not wad i expected！because it did not clearly mentions in my booking detail… but luckly the manager understand my situation and not charging me extra for this stay but will charged for next visit… so for overnight stay not really recommend because need to pay extra thn expected but overall was fine. and checkintime is 9pm，early checkin also need extra charged… jus for notice

Check in was easy. The security is very good, they check every person who came in and out from the motel. Breakfast was McDonald, haha.. TV keep glitching, I guess because signal not very good. Cleanliness ok. There is 711 nearby.

Located about a 20 minute walk from the nearest MRT. Room was clean but had a faint smell of smoke. The TV/Music controls in the bedroom and in the bathroom are very old and not fully functional— many buttons on the controller do nothing at all. TV does not have Netflix or YouTube so you can only watch local channels. No door on the toilet room. Breakfast is McDonald's and the vegetarian option was a single red bean bao bun. The food was not delivered directly to the room, instead it was placed on a shelf in the car garage so you must leave the room and take the elevator downstairs to retrieve it. Seems more like an hourly/party hotel than somewhere for comfortable stay.

The motel room is quite big and clean

Nice big room and toilet. A major dislike would be that you still had to check out and check in again at 7pm even though you stay for 2 nights. To check in early would cost you quite a bit more. Breakfast is Macdonalds which someone would come knock on your door at 8am. Would be good if there was a flexibility in the timing to avoid sleep disturbance.

Everything is very good and of good quality, the staff is enthusiastic, but the TV cannot adjust the volume level and sometimes the noise outside makes me startled.

You just need to be careful and look at the very late check in time. Otherwise the staff and facilities were first rate - also some nice eating options within 15 mins walk.

This was my first time using this app, and the prices were indeed cheaper than other apps. We stayed in the 'Business' room, number 509. The only downsides were the lights—some buttons would turn all the lights on at once; and the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. Everything else was fine. My boyfriend kept saying he didn't know if it was just his imagination, but the bed felt really comfortable. 😅
