Hotel ini bagus, tetapi agak lama, dan perkhidmatannya tidak begitu baik. Apabila kakitangan kaunter ditanya tentang bas ulang-alik (mungkin di peringkat pengurus, lihat dia berdiri di belakang untuk menguruskannya), dia sangat menghina dan tidak sabar untuk menjawab pertanyaan petugas kaunter.Walaupun tidak berhadapan langsung dengan tetamu, kami ada di sana...Mee dandan untuk sarapan pagi memang sedap.

1. 下大雨，因為門口在辦婚禮，全停滿車，所以要住宿的也沒法從門口下行李或上行李。 2. 下行李後Check-in完，門房說請自己搬行李，抱歉人手不足，麻煩委屈一下。不知道為何帶家人去飯店渡假，還需要因為飯店人手不足委屈? 3. 房間內保險箱壞了，通知房務，來修理後就說壞了需要報修....(後面就沒有了...) 4. 大部分的DIY活動都因為疫情取消，其中一個是什麼氣球的，也挺陽春的。 5. 所有服務都不太到位，只有在am10:50通知Check-out打電話這件事做的很確實。 6. 房間隔音差，旁邊房間小孩玩鬧到晚上10點多，都還聽的一清二楚....

Selepas memasuki bilik, mereka bertanya sama ada mereka boleh menaik taraf jenis bilik kolam. Kaedah pemprosesan sangat memuaskan dan rasanya sangat baik. Sangat sesuai untuk bercuti. Tidak menjadi masalah untuk tinggal di hotel sepanjang hari. Terdapat banyak kolam renang dalaman dan luaran serta kemudahan sukan. Mereka sesuai untuk keluarga dan pasangan. Malah teman wanita sesuai untuk melancong. Terdapat juga wain dan minuman dari jam 8 hingga 9:30 setiap malam. Tempat yang sangat berpuas hati

I had somewhat higher expectations adter reading many good reviews about this '5 star' hotel. I checked in very late, abt 10.30pm. My wife washed some stuff using the bathtub rap and realised the water couldn't flow out of the tub. We ignored it and went to sleep. Next morning, as I was walking ard the room, a green sweet I guess left behind by the previous occupant got stuck on my foot. I also realised the bedsheet to one of the beds was stained. After I reflected all these to the receptionist upon check out, all I got was a ”Sorry”. No intention of any other form of apology. Oh well, I wasn't expecting much but I guess that's probably the first and last time I am staying here.

This resort consists of a hotel and a golf resort. The rooms were spacious, the climate control was efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet. We had booked accomodation plus breakfast plus dinner. The food was chinese-style, i.e. for children from Europe who prefer western food, it might be difficult to find something they like. The room had a spacious fridge and cupboards. The bathroom was fine and had a japanese-style toilet with heated seat, heated water brush etc. The resort is not in town but outside. There are no nearby shopping facilities or restaurants. One can use the hotel restaurant, I believe almost the whole day. If you come as tourist, I would advise to use Uber or a rental car. The drive to Taoyuan center or airport is about 30-40 min, to Taipei about 40-60 min, depending in the traffic. The staff was not speaking English, but we rapidly solved all questions because they were so nice and helpful. The pool is smaller than shown in the advertising image. A good perspective was used.

Pertama kali saya menginap di Taoyuanshi Waterfront Resort, sebuah restoran hotel memang tidak mengatakan makanan lebih dari air, walaupun disebabkan perubahan wabak, saya makan malam di dalam bilik, tetapi hanya menonton hotel membuat kami makan sangat murah. Kurang cantiknya kedai-kedai di Bie, pemberian jabatan tidak sehebat kedai-kedai lain, tetapi pemandangan bilik masih bagus.

Terletak di jalan kecil di atas lereng 7-11 di Upper Baling, fungsi makanannya baik-baik saja, kerana ini adalah lawatan musim sejuk ke kumpulan gunung suci Gunung Lala, ia sudah dibuka sebaik sahaja anda masuk (sangat bertimbang rasa). Anda juga boleh memesan periuk panas untuk makan malam. Untuk makan malam, air panas di dalam tab mandi cukup panas (hanya perlu menunggu 5-7 minit untuk melepaskan air), yang paling penting ialah tingkap dari lantai ke langit-langit menghadap seluruh pemandangan gunung, dan ada balkoni di luar bilik untuk duduk di luar dan berehat. Pengalaman penginapan yang hebat.

주변에 중형쇼핑몰이 있고, 공항하고 가까워서 좋았구요. 조식.. 완전 추천입니다. 대만에서 한국사람 입에 맛는 맛을 찾기 어려웠는데 , 주방장님 고향이 한국이 아닐까 싶은. . 또는 한국분이 대만분과 결혼? 데스크직원이 영어를 잘 못해서 의사소통이 조금 불편할수 있으니, 예약지 챙겨가시고, 숙소는 깔끔하고 매우 좋습니다. 주차장이 매우 협소하나 바로 가까운곳에 유료주차장있어요. 대만은 주차요금이 별로 안비싸더라구요. 저흰 다행이 호텔 앞에 바로 주차해서. 좋았어요. 숙소에서 주차요금은 지원해주는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 걸어서 3분 쇼핑몰내 쿠라스시,카레집.샤브샤브집등. 깔끔한 프랜차이즈 식당이 있고. 그곳에서 식사했는데. 맛있었어요. 차량 5분이동. 까르푸가 있어요. 이곳에서 대만파인애플파이등. 기념품 쇼핑했는데. 공항보다 훨 저렴하게 샀습니다.

Stayed because of the location - it's near the train station. We were given one pillow each and they were extremely soft. Tried requesting for another pillow but was told there weren't any as the hotel was fully occupied. Lady at front desk was not very personable. Breakfast was just okay. Menginap di sini kerana penerbangan kami mendarat pada lewat malam, tidak sesuai untuk pergi ke destinasi seterusnya. Sangat sesuai untuk persinggahan, sangat tertutup dengan stesen kereta api Taoyuan. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai sebarang tingkap. 房間不大，但對於只是短暫住一晚很方便，離高鐵站很近(5-7分鐘走路路程)，到桃園機場約15-20分鐘左右，地方比較偏，周圍沒有便利店，建議先在高鐵站買好食物再去飯店，浴室是共用，但很乾淨，WiFi的訊號也滿好，住一晚很實惠

3.5 rating - private room with shared bathroom facilities. We stayed here as we had an overnight layover and didn't want to stay too far away from airport or pay too much for a sleep/shower. The hotel was presented well, the room and bedding were tidy. The bathroom situation is x3 shower and x3 toilet stalls each for M + F. The showers were good, private enough and clean, they also provide basic amenities. The toilets are similar to what you have in shopping malls. They have coffee/tea available in the morning with some small bread which was nice. There's not much around in terms of food but there is a convience store 2-3min walk away. The rooms are not sound proof so you will hear people come and go throughout the night/morning. Recommended for short layover (don't expect too much)

With check-in offered after 6:00pm, condoms/lube bedside, a heart shaped tub, and discrete garage style entry into the hotel room, there's no question the type of clients this motel serves. However, I only needed a clean bed for the night, and an affordable hotel nearby the airport to catch an early morning flight out (1-day layover in Taipei), and this motel delivered on both fronts. The rooms were large, comfortable and spacious, and had all of the toiletries necessary for a one night stay - 2 bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, 2 dental kits, a shower cap, vanity kit, hair brush, razor with shaving cream, and a cleansing kit, whatever that is! The room also had a hair dryer, strong wifi signal, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, working air conditioning, a large heart shaped tub, a computer (which I didn't use), and the most massive flatscreen tv I have ever seen with English news and movie channels (and also porn, but I cannot confirm this for myself). 3-in-1 Nescafé, milk tea and 2 tea packets were in the room also. Beds were comfortable, clean (thank god) and I had an enjoyable sleep. The mattress was comfortable, linens felt clean/fresh, towels were fresh, and the room generally was tidy/clean! The bathroom has a sliding door, with separate stalls for the shower and toilet. Toilet paper was nowhere to be found, only a box of tissues, which I found rather strange! The plumbing in the room had a really bad smell - very off putting. It smelled musty and rotten. For one night, this was manageable, but for any longer, I wouldn't have enjoyed the lingering smell. This is not a hotel for tourists. I knew this going in, but it was the only affordable option nearby the airport, and I did get a good chuckle out of the experience! It was fine for one night, but if I were to stay in Taipei again, I would stay in the city centre, of course. The hotel suited my needs at the time, which were a comfortable place to sleep before an early morning flight. So, it was an interesting experience and surely one I will tell stories about! Note: because this isn't a tourist hotel, there is not breakfast offered nor is there an airport shuttle. However, staff arranged a taxi for me in the morning, which I appreciated. The staff here try hard to accommodate the needs of patrons, for lack of a better word. LOL! Overall, a pleasant stay, thanks for the laugh!

This is my third attempt to write this review and I would like to take close attention into detail, without missing out on a few key points. Overall, the room and the airport shuttle bus service was great, the gym and common grounds certainly copes with the Sheraton standards. What was quite unexpected, is that the executive lounge used to be on the 9th floor, and it's been ”temporarily” relocated to the Starbucks at the Ground Floor (in China it's considered as the 1st floor). The breakfast and the alternative lounge option was absolutely fine, however, I was a little bit annoyed that I left an item in the room, a grey T-Shirt, to be exact, and I wasn't even notified a couple of days later, when I had to contact the hotel to ask whether it would have been found. There were, at least, 5 members of staff standing around the ”temporary executive lounge”, and with due respect, they could just split up and open up the 9th. In the end, everyone tried to resolve issues at their best and even though it was just a grey T-shirt in the Lost & Found, it's absolutely fine, great stay.

주변에 중형쇼핑몰이 있고, 공항하고 가까워서 좋았구요. 조식.. 완전 추천입니다. 대만에서 한국사람 입에 맛는 맛을 찾기 어려웠는데 , 주방장님 고향이 한국이 아닐까 싶은. . 또는 한국분이 대만분과 결혼? 데스크직원이 영어를 잘 못해서 의사소통이 조금 불편할수 있으니, 예약지 챙겨가시고, 숙소는 깔끔하고 매우 좋습니다. 주차장이 매우 협소하나 바로 가까운곳에 유료주차장있어요. 대만은 주차요금이 별로 안비싸더라구요. 저흰 다행이 호텔 앞에 바로 주차해서. 좋았어요. 숙소에서 주차요금은 지원해주는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 걸어서 3분 쇼핑몰내 쿠라스시,카레집.샤브샤브집등. 깔끔한 프랜차이즈 식당이 있고. 그곳에서 식사했는데. 맛있었어요. 차량 5분이동. 까르푸가 있어요. 이곳에서 대만파인애플파이등. 기념품 쇼핑했는데. 공항보다 훨 저렴하게 샀습니다.
