Hurricane Beach Hotel

The Hurricane Hotel enjoys a spectacular location on the sea with beautifully cared for grounds to match. The dinner service in particular is excellent- the grilled meats are beautifully prepared, and the service is excellent. The staff at the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. Everything they do is done with a smile. All in all, this is a place in which many thoughtful details make you feel well cared for. It is a comfortable welcoming place and the value is excellent.

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Gardens, 2 pools, gym, ocean/beach. Food is amazing and service is outstanding. Staff are so friendly and professional. Fireplace was lite every night in a very cozy lounge. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back if we are ever near this area again. Great spot to stay for a day trip to Tangier, Morocco. This is a hidden gem.

Stayed for three nights with friends- We had rooms facing the sea but like other reviews have said we could not actually see the sea due to the lovely trees and plants The gardens and grounds of this hotel are beautiful - you can’t help but relax. The bed was firm and comfortable with good pillows- room was very clean but the plumbing when running the shower could be noisy and ‘clunky’ at times! Hotel itself is about 7kms from Tarifa walkable in an hour or so along the beach, hold onto your hat though as when we walked along the wind was very strong! We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night and found the food so good we booked again to eat for a second night- it’s such a lovely setting. We found all of the staff very friendly and we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, We were impressed by the beautiful suite, delicious food at the restaurant, and top-notch service. The server was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the receptionist was an absolute delight. This hotel truly is a hidden gem. We will definitely be returning whenever we visit Spain again.

A wonderful hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, and tasty breakfast. The staff go that extra mile to ensure you have a relaxing stay, you feel like family even after a few days. The whole ambiance is laid back and chilled whilst still maintaining a high standard of customer care. The food from the beach beach is delicious and the evening dining is divine. The grounds and pools are so picturesque and so close to the beach! Just a perfect place to unwind and relax.

I was looking forward to visiting this colonial style hotel. A great welcome at reception from a lovely welcoming staff concierge. We were directed to the beach bar for coffee and salad on offer. Unfortunately the staff member at the bar was decidedly gruff, ignoring us as we arrived and while standing at the bar seeking service. Rude and dismissive. I do wonder why people do such jobs if they don’t like what they are asked to do. It shows what seems a lovely hotel up in a bad light.
