Kakitangan membuat tempahan kereta api untuk saya dan menjadikannya sangat mu*** untuk menghabiskan masa di sana. Selain itu, ia menyimpan air secara percuma, jadi anda bo*** mengisinya dalam botol air anda. Gantungkan pakaian di balkoni.

Excellent stay . Nice place in the heart of the city. Rooms are Best in class , Hospitality at its best , well behaved , well mannered staff . Feel much relaxed staying over here . Everything is great , Enjoy my visit .Thanks

To be very true in every aspect, as we go by reviews of others , so just want to tell you about my stay : i directly booked from hotel on 27 feb 2024 , the person who booked my rooms took an advance and sent me the cofirmation . While travellig on 28 march i messaged them about my upcoming stay - the person called me and said srry we dnt have rooms , we will refund your money . Please arrange your stay or we will do for you, we were amazed after that phone call as we were travelling with small kids and senior citizen. After 2-3 hours we got a call again from hotel that we have arranged your stay in our hotel .. no doubt they arranged the rooms , but our first impression is not good. Now coming to stay- rooms are good, not well ventilated though, no windows Staff - they have very less staff, we gave them key around 7 am in morning so that they can clean , but when we came back around 2-3pm the rooms were not cleaned. Why?? Because they dnt have staff to do that. Kitchen- we ordered tea , that never came to our room.. why? Because they dnt have staff .. You have to call again and again for things you need. Overall , stay was OK . Please increase your staff, your service is very very slow. Something good about it - while coming back we told them to make some poori and aloo so that we can carry while travelling,they did that - thanks for this gesture. Hotel is not easily reachable also , auto vala did not know about it.. it created alot of confusion every time we travelled .

We arrived at Amritsar the day before the Parkash Parab, which led to difficulty in reaching the hotel. Staff helped us at every step, starting with dealing with a recalcitrant taxi-cab driver, to helping us with our luggage and even the less mobile among us across jam-packed streets. The rooms are well furnished and clean, the washrooms are, too. Rooms are centrally air-conditioned and hot water is available round the clock. The greatest advantage of the property is its location just outside the Golden Temple complex and takes you all of three minutes to reach the inner courtyard. Positives: Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff. On the downside: Small rooms, all rooms don't have view, no kitchen or dining room — food is brought to you from outside, so it takes a long time to reach.

Visiting and staying at this property is extremely a delight, enriching the city Amritsar with its rich culture. For me its always a WOW experience. The staff is so nice and welcomes with a smile always. Gratitude to the Owners of this property and must compliment the gesture they extend to the guest with personal warmth and gesture.

This property is newly built, and I must say everyone should book it. It has 4-star facilities. I booked a standard room, which is very good in size and neat and clean. We took breakfast, which is, test-wise, really very good. They provide a pick-up and drop-off facility for RFID cards and the starting point of the Maa Veshno Devi Yatra. Over all, this property is good for families and tourists visiting Katra.
