Room is large. Convenient. All amenities is perfect. Decorations are nice.

Everything was great. Breakfast was difficult for me as I could not easily find out which items were vegetarian and which were not. Otherwise fantastic experience.

I received horrible treatment by a racist manager and perhaps owner of the Silk Road Pearl hotel. I had a 7:00 am appointment with a friend to meet at the bus depot for busses going to Pakistan. It was Friday and we needed to be there by 7:00am to guarantee a ticket. This was Beijing time. It was 5:00 am local time. I asked the manager to call for a taxi at 6:30 am but couldn’t get her to agree. She kept finding excuse like that isn’t the right bus station or they leave much later. Finally she offered to drive me there, which I accepted. However, in the morning she told me to walk. “Go 3 stoplights, turn left and walk 10 minutes to station.” I knew that wasn’t far enough. I’d taken a taxi from the station to the hotel the day before. I pleaded with her to no avail. She said the drivers were all Tajiks and didn’t take showers. She said “no phone” but I pointed to it. She said the drivers were all lazy and wouldn’t be up. I finally gave up and walked for an hour and a half with my 21 pound pack on my back. I am 79 years old. When I got close to the city center I hailed a cab and got to the station after 8:30 am. My friend was still waiting for me thank goodness and we were able to get tickets on the bus to Pakistan. Trip.com should not list this hotel or recommend it. Racist attitudes have no place anywhere but especially in the travel industry. Refusing to call a taxi for a 79 year old customer is inexcusable, especially when the hotel is located in a remote area. The manager was correct that the 10 minute walk gets you to a bus station. But it was a stopping point for the City bus which wouldn’t start running for at least 2 hours. **** ****** *** ****** C ******, **.

Hotel’s owners are very helpful and friendly despite our language barriers. They took me to get cash and a SIM card. Helped me to go to the bus station and other miscellaneous things. Location is a little bit off. Can be hard to get a taxi and there aren’t many restaurants around but you can ask the owners for help. They’re willing to hell.

I stayed in this hotel during my self-driving tour of Xinjiang Panlong Ancient Road. The hotel is nice and the location is easy to find. The owner was warm and thoughtful and upgraded me to a large suite, which was very satisfying. Facilities: Complete supporting facilities Hygiene: Clean Environment: Elegant and quiet Service: Warm and thoughtful. Free parking and free breakfast. The enthusiastic owner also gave me some watermelons. It was very heartwarming. 👍👍🙏🙏

Good location, close to the Pamir Plateau scenic area, breakfast is OK. Convenient parking at the door. The boss is nice.

The scenery paintings of Taxkorgan County on the wall make the whole room full of artistic atmosphere. The location is not in the center of the county, but the county is not big, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the hotel is clean and sanitary, very cost-effective and very quiet! I will come again next time!

From the hotel, it is very convenient to go to major attractions in Taxkorgan County. Whether it is the mysterious Stone City or the beautiful Golden Beach, it can be easily reached. After playing tired, I returned to the hotel. The comfortable bed and thoughtful service were like a warm harbor in Taxkorgan County, which added a lot of good memories to this trip. Good reviews! The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the magnificent Pamir Plateau scenery of Tashkurgan County as soon as you go out. In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!

When I came to Tashkurgan County on a business trip and stayed at the Silk Road Pearl Hotel, I was impressed by the strong courtyard characteristics. The ethnic embroidered pillows and traditional patterned carpets in the room, every detail tells the cultural heritage of Tashkurgan County, making me feel as if I had instantly integrated into this mysterious land. It is very unique and must be praised!
