Ulasan Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace

We are touring The 5 Stans plus Turkey, and these are the nicest accommodations on the trip. The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. AND THE SERVICE HERE IS THE BEST. I don’t think there’s this level of service anywhere I have ever stayed. My room is nice and large with a nice view of the pool. The bed is comfortable. The tub is big enough for me to use (I am 6’7”). The temp controls actually work. There’s a little balcony. Ruslan in the bar took such good care of us. Since there are only 4 people on our tour, we were able to change our itinerary to spend more time at the hotel. This is a definite oasis in the middle of a rather rigorous 24-day your.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in Lotte. The hotel itself was opened in 1958 and is an iconic building in Tashkent, from which most of the city's key sights can be accessed. Special mention to Front Office Manager, Nizom, and the rest of his team who helped make our stay such a memorable experience. On our final day in Tashkent, I had already arrived at the Tashkent railway station when I suddenly discovered I had left some valuable items at Lotte hotel. I rushed back to the hotel to retrieve these items and was met by Nizom who drove me back to the railway station in his own car. This helped me make my train connection and really sums up the professional and proactive attitude we encountered from all Lotte staff during our stay. We would strongly recommend Lotte Tashkent Hotel to other visitors to Tashkent.
