Very nice and luxurious hotel with good customer service

Hotel is good but stuff a bit bad, we booked business suit but when we arrived first day they said business suit is repair and asked to stay in normal room they said it will be ready till tomorrow, after day they tried to give us another bigger room like it’s a business suit but that was not

The good: the courtyard is lovely, the hamam pool is small, but there is one. We stayed in a suite; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were poor. The balcony was nice. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the towels were yellow, not white. The outlet fell out when you pulled out the hair dryer. The breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and offered us lemonade. We weren't sure what it was close to based on the location; we took taxis everywhere. It was acceptable, but we wouldn't stay there again.

When I checked out, they charged me 300,000 som and they still haven't explained what the fee was???

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, as if you were on a small street in Italy. Once a violinist came out onto the balcony. It was very nice. The breakfast was good, quite decent. But we had to look for a place and sit down with other guests. We were also greeted by rather dirty rooms. There was hair everywhere. Unfortunately, the cleaning before check-in spoiled the impression. The staff was polite, everything was fine. I think the hotel needs to think about the seating for breakfast and the quality of the cleaning. We liked everything else.

Beautiful, clean hotel, friendly staff! I liked everything! A bit far from the center, but by taxi it is convenient and fast in general.

First stop in Uzbekistan, I highly recommend this European hotel, it's so beautiful, and the front desk can speak English, the room is also beautiful, the whole European style, super photogenic~ Sanitation: Superb Environment: Five-star

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good! But the location is a bit out of the way, but taxis are cheap in Tashkent so it's not a big deal.

First of all, I am very upset because they made me pay MORE than what my booking said. In my reservation, it said that I had to pay US$27.58 in extra charges at the hotel. Well, they made me pay almost US$50 saying that that was not the value of the taxes and that the printout of my reservation was wrong. That was very upsetting because they did not want to respect my reservation as it was printed. See attached photo The hotel is very good and an excellent breakfast that allows you to charge good energy for demanding days of tourism. The availability of the employees is very good but they do not have a good level of English. Due to misunderstanding, sometimes they do things half wrong or cause inconveniences. For example, we asked to be woken up at 4 am for the trip, and they did not call us. Then we asked for a taxi to the airport (they knew we were going to Khiva on a domestic flight because we were returning to the hotel later). and they asked for a taxi to the international terminal. Fortunately we had plenty of time because the terminals are almost half an hour away by taxi... it cost us twice as much! The location is far from tourist attractions, so it is not ideal. The room was very good and had an excellent bed and excellent pillows. I think that if I return to Tashkent I will choose another hotel

Convenient location, friendly service, delicious breakfast

The room looked very new, but the air conditioners in two rooms were broken. The front desk guy was slow to respond to the entire service because of his shift change, and communication was a bit difficult.

The front desk service is friendly and helpful in buying tickets. The store is not big, the room has a balcony, and the Star Hotel is relatively high. Clean, the price is favorable, and it would be better if it was a little bigger.

Just a perfect place! Great hotel and staff and building are top notch
