The hotel feels pretty new, as of summer 2025. Rooms are standard-sized, with the usual amenities for a 4-star hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is actually good and offers many local and European dishes to choose from. The hotel is located in a residential area, far from subway stations, shopping centers, and restaurants, though taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan. A big grocery store (Korzinka) is just around the corner. Our biggest problem (as of summer 2025) was electricity blackouts. They happened on 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. For some time, a huge generator in front of the hotel provided power, but for most of the night, it was completely gone. Of course, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the city’s policy. Later, we started noticing generators near almost every building in the residential areas of Tashkent. Overall, it was a nice stay - would recommend. Thank you!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's reasonably close to the airport and train station, and its residential area offers a glimpse into local life. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, including Karjinka. The welcome coffee and lobby environment were pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I was worried about the restaurant menu because it was off-season, but it was clean and delicious, so I took lots of pictures. The room was clean, but the cleaning staff needs to be more attentive. Even in a new building, areas around the drain and under the walls where water splashes are common need to be cleaned. Discolored towels also need to be boiled and washed. Nevertheless, the reason I gave it a perfect score is because the friendliness of the counter staff made up for everything and increased my satisfaction. I hope things will improve next time I visit.

This time I want to praise Ctrip. The hotel I booked was fully booked, so they contacted me to upgrade the room and they made up the difference. It was my first time staying in this hotel and the environment was quite good.

I booked a 5-night stay, but they didn't clean the room. The manager said it's a 3-star hotel, so they don't clean it every day. They didn't even change the trash can, bathroom towels, or anything else. They didn't even apologize! I would absolutely not stay at this hotel and recommend finding another comparable hotel!

I was very satisfied with the food in the lounge. Serena and Lumi packed some snacks for me to take on the plane, which was very thoughtful. The lounge manager Betty was also very attentive. I was very satisfied with this trip to Dalian.

The room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. The restaurant had an open feel. It was a shame that there weren't many restaurants around the hotel. However, it was away from the main road so it was quiet. It was also about 15 minutes from the airport, so it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again.
