Ulasan Hotel Uzbekistan

First of all, I don’t know where the positive ratings came from. -The hygiene is questionable as there’s foul smell oozing from the toilet which can’t flush properly. -no change of bed sheets when I checked in. I noticed that there’s some black dirts from the previous customer so I had to call the reception to change my bedsheets. Ewww -there’s dust everywhere in the room -the shower gel and hand wash would make you want to vomit as it looks dirt cheap -NO HOT WATER in the shower so I had cold shower every day when it’s 6 degrees outside -you just don’t wanna touch the things in the room as everything is falling apart I would avoid this hotel at all costs The only good thing about the hotel is their staff as they are friendly and helpful.

Aircon is not col enough. Hot midnight and we could not have good sleep. Location is wonderful but no amenity.l and not clean. body soap dispenser was broken, and even though we asked reception, they did not do anything. They did not clean the trash. .....

Hotel needs upgrading. This is from the Soviets era. My provided room had no windows or fan no air conditioning. Had to request for change room.

This is kinda old hotel and you would expect the same. The breakfast was super packed with other guests and families. The front desk was super nice. The location was amazing. You can walk to Amir Timur park, lots of happening there at night.

In the first room the air-conditioner was not working and in the second the air-conditioner was not switched off .I think if you have no other option then its batter .

I was in Tashkent on business and decided to stay in the very heart of the city, at the “Uzbekistan” Hotel. I didn’t regret this choice! great location! I especially liked the breakfasts, very hearty and colorful! tasty! especially for such a price. surprised! True, one of the shortcomings is that there are no slippers in the rooms, but overall I would rate it 9 out of 10

Worthy and legendary! There is, however, too much people at the breakfast around 9am, hard to find a table to sit privately.

Stay there if you love history and want to get that feeling of being in a soviet building. Be aware that if you're looking for confort, it's not the right place.

Very old furniture, window handle fall off. Air conditioner did not work, it was quite hot in the room. No electric cattle, no tea in the room, no shampoo…didn’t like the breakfast buffet. But the hotel room wore big.

If you want to stay there due to the Soviet ‘charm’ then it will be an excellent idea. The hotel is in real need of refurbishment. The breakfast was decent, and the staff are polite. Warning: in the summer, the AC is very weak as it is a central/old system, thus expect a some rooms to be warm inside. They have this problem every summer.
