The room is clean and tidy, the gym and swimming pool are professional, and the front desk service is friendly

The hotel is nice. When it was fully booked, the front desk gave me a room upgrade for free. The front desk was staffed by Chinese speakers, and there was an indoor swimming pool and restaurant. Overall, it was very convenient to stay.

The service level is too poor. The afternoon before I left, my friend sent me samples and two boxes of gifts and left them at the front desk. When I went back to the hotel in the evening to pick them up, their service staff remembered them but couldn't find them. They said they would check, and then they started calling their colleagues in the afternoon. After waiting for a long time without any result, they told us to go back to the room and the things would be sent to our room. However, there was no result until the next morning. We went to ask and they said they would check and check. After checking for a whole night and a whole morning, the result was that my friend sent three things and found a common gift box for friends that is available locally (I suspect they bought it temporarily). Two of the three things were sent together and disappeared, and no result was given after repeated urging, just checking and checking. We repeatedly explained the importance of the samples and the urgency of time, because the flight was leaving at 1 pm that day. Finally, we were told that it was taken away by another Chinese. They were already at the airport. The hotel could help to get it back from the airport, but it would take an hour and a half. In fact, it only took more than ten minutes from the hotel to the airport. We were afraid that the time they said would be delayed (the nature of the locals), and secondly, we doubted the accuracy of the truth. So we proposed that since the other party was Chinese, we could communicate on our own and wanted the hotel to call the guest to communicate with us on the phone to discuss how to deal with it more safely. As a result, the hotel did not call but called my friend. In the end, the local friend compromised and said that he would come to China in October and bring the sample again. It was just that the things were missing from the beginning to the end. It was not handled and resolved, and finally it was left unresolved. It was a whole speechless incident. In addition, after I left, I found that the facial cleanser was left in the hotel. I left contact information when I checked in, but I did not receive any phone reminders that something was left in the hotel room.
