The screw on the rain shower head came loose, causing water to spray everywhere. I tightened the screw and fixed it, but it gave me a bit of a shock!

The hotel left a pleasant impression. It's located in a good area of Tashkent, about an 11-minute walk from Amir Temur Xiyoboni Metro Station. There's a 24/7 KFC nearby, and Amir Timur Square is also close by. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were varied and healthy, and I especially appreciated the fresh greens. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, the service left a positive impression. The hotel also has a gym on the second floor equipped with TechnoGym machines. This hotel is well-suited for both business trips and leisure.

1-star bad review | Absolutely unworthy of the Hampton by Hilton brand; basic hygiene is far below the standard of an average guesthouse. My stay at Hampton by Hilton Tashkent was an extremely disappointing overall experience. Even if considered a budget-friendly, lower-tier hotel, it completely fails to meet the most basic standards of the Hilton brand. 1. The tissue situation in the room was outrageous: The tissue box only had 3 tissues left, and housekeeping did not replenish it at all. Even more absurd was the design choice to place the tissue box directly in the toilet room, instead of the main living area. I pointed this out to the front desk, explaining that it's an extremely unhygienic and repulsive arrangement. Who would want to use daily facial tissues from inside the toilet room? The front desk provided no reasonable response. 2. There was only 1 trash can in the entire room, also placed solely in the toilet room, and it never had a trash bag lining it. This poses a huge hygiene risk: if a previous guest placed dirty items in the bin, housekeeping would only empty the trash without cleaning the bin each time. This leads to serious bacterial residue and is extremely irresponsible towards the next guest. These two points alone prove that this hotel's cleaning management is inferior even to a regular chain guesthouse. It completely squanders the Hilton brand name, and I strongly advise travelers against staying here.

In addition, our housekeeping service includes not only waste removal but also the sanitation of all room surfaces and amenities in accordance with established hygiene procedures. Therefore, we respectfully disagree with the conclusion that the hotel lacks basic hygiene standards.We highly value every guest's opinion; however, we also believe it is important to distinguish between personal perception and the actual operational standards of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and new. The receptionists are very helpful and very welcoming. The only thing I think they need to improve is the internet speed. The location is great and you get things nearby.

The cleanliness at this hotel is impeccable; they change all the bedding and towels EVERY single day. The rooms have everything you need, the appliances are modern, and there's a huge TV with many channels in all languages. The beds, pillows, and blankets are like clouds, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of everything, and if it's hot, all metro and bus stops are nearby. My only comment is about breakfast – they should add more local dishes. After all, we're visiting sunny Uzbekistan and would love to see more seasonal fruits like apricots, peaches, figs, melons, watermelons, and strawberries. In my whole week's stay, I only saw watermelon and some terrible hard peaches (I complained about the peaches, and the next day they were juicy and soft). So, the hotel should adjust its food offerings, and then it would be perfect.

The hotel environment is great and it's very close to many attractions. It's also right across from a university, so the surroundings are fantastic. Taxis are super easy to catch. And the hotel rooms? They're amazing! Plus, the breakfast spread is really extensive.

This hotel is really good – clean, elegant, and upscale. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff were patient and enthusiastic, helping us find and recommend places to visit. The hotel breakfast was abundant and delicious. There was a bit of noise in the room, but it was handled properly. The price is a little bit on the higher side, but it's definitely worth it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tashkent, right next to Amir Temur Square and the Amir Temur Museum. It's also a convenient 15-minute drive from Tashkent International Airport. The breakfast was decent. However, there aren't many dining options nearby, just a KFC.

The location is good, about an 8-minute walk from the subway. There's a KFC next door and a small supermarket within 500 meters. The hotel is relatively new, but the room lighting is a bit dim. The breakfast was good, with some leafy greens included. The service was decent.

This hotel is in a great location, perfect for business travelers. The environment here is elegant, and the hygiene is spotless. Even breakfast gives off a comforting warmth, which is truly delightful. Plus, there's a KFC right downstairs, making dining very convenient.

I stayed 3 nights here. I found the price of the hotel a bit expensive when I extended one more night, but overall was ok. The minifridge was a bit noisy and I couldn't sleep wellIt sounds like it had a little stone stuck there not sure why it sounded like that maybe it's normal?. The breakfast taste is very good but I was expecting more variety. The hotel is located close to the Amir Temur metro (red line) close to the Uzbekistan Hotel for those who want to appreciate the soviet architecture. They have safety box, shampoo, soap (very perfumed I prefer one that does not smell) and there is a KFC next to it. They have a mini bar. In general the hotel was ok just for 1 traveller a bit expensive. The staff friendly and atmosphere good too.

Great service, I was sick during the stay but hotel helped to call doctors and purchased medication on my behalf so I can pay on the next day - amazing service highly recommended for anyone. Location was great accessible to all key attractions. Gym is small but enough to get good cardio in. Room and hotel condition is very good and the breakfast buffet has good selection.
