It's a very nice hotel in the heart of the Tashkent city. I stayed total 4 days in 2 times in this hotel with 4 days interval. First time stayed in front view standard room. This room has nice front city view. Second time stayed in back side pool+city view room. Both the rooms were excellent, comfortable, spacious equipped with all the standard amenities. In buffet breakfast, during first visit I found limited menu and guest was also less, but during second visit in next week I found very good menu with lot of guest in the hotel. So, assuming their breakfast menu depends on hotel occupancy. The swimming pool is very nice. They have other facilities but as I did not avail those, so could not comment on those. Customer service is average but but cordial to assist.

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

L'hotel ci è stato consigliato dall'agenzia di Samarcanda che ha organizzato il nostro tour, la scelta legata alla posizione vicino alla stazione e all'aeroporto. Si tratta di un vecchio albergone, sulla carta addirittura un 5 Stelle (secondo i canoni del Uzbekistan). Appena entrati troverete metà della hall in ristrutturazione con operai e ponteggi che lavorano… Le nostre camere si trovavano, la prima al sesto piano, abbastanza decente, la seconda al terzo piano, in ristrutturazione. C'è da chiedersi come mai in un albergo così grande allochino stanze in totale rifacimento sia nelle parti interne che nei corridoi (vedete i cartelli appesi alle porte!). Siamo stati solo una notte e per poche ore e, anche per la stanchezza, non abbiamo preteso cambiamenti… ma in un'altra situazione avremmo chiamato l'agenzia e richiesto il cambio di hotel. Ciò premesso: camere tristi, vetuste, mediamente sporche (guardate la foto del divanetto…) e molto rumorose; la camera al sesto piano dava sulla piazza davanti all'hotel, che è trafficatissima di giorno e di notte (e l'insonorizzazione della stanza decisamente scarsa); la stanza al terzo piano dava verso l'interno, una specie di cantiere e di deposito dei materiali di lavoro. Condizionamento rumorosissimo e non utilizzabile. Bagni vecchi e decisamente da ristrutturare. Un poco meglio la colazione, ed è l’unica ragione per cui ho dato due pallini. Il mio consiglio: cercate una sistemazione diversa.

I express my gratitude to the hotel staff. They are such laborers - all day long something is cleaned, washed.. So nice to return to clean rooms. Hotel administrators are very polite - it is always nice to contact them for any request. I especially liked the way Bekhzod works, he showed me the hotel and sold me a lot of services. You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Ateca Hotel is a centrally located deluxe hotel. We had booked the Deluxe King Room on the 5th floor, and the room was huge. With floor to ceiling windows and a sort of balcony, the room was luxurious. The hotel is delightfully laid out in a welcoming fashion with lots of space to lounge around in the lobby. Apart from the main restaurant, it has tiny nooks and corners laid out with seating for meals and cafe. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and well laid out, with lots of variety. And the staff are always there to help. The main sights of Tashkent are not too far off. The hotel offers a haven of calm and comfort when you return from your sightseeing tours. More reception staff need to learn English if they are looking to cater to global clients.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Оптимальное соотношение цены и предоставляемых услуг. Удобно добираться из аэропорта, а ж/д вокзал в пешей доступности. Очень нравится улица, на которой находится отель, новая застройка, много кафе и ресторанов (французской, итальянской, японской кухни), но не дешёвые как для Узбекистана. Сам отель турецкой сети, интерьер в соответствующем стиле - пышно декорирован. Всё новое, номера просторные, есть всё необходимое. Отель без звёзд, но лучшее некоторых 4- звездочных. Белые махровые халаты, тапочки, в ванной все необходимые принадлежности. Очень высокие кровати с матрасами, даже для моего роста 175 см, людям маленького роста придётся запрыгивать:) Завтраки прекрасные, блюда каждый день менялись. Дополнительно можно заказать яйца в любом виде, кашу. Хороший кофе из кофемашины, что не в каждом отеле в Узбекистане. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. И работников ресепшена, и ресторана. Очень доброжелательные, сразу откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель. P. S. Сбоку от отеля началась стройка жилого комплекса, но если вы не будете целыми днями сидеть в отеле, то вам не помешает.
