料理が美味しく、周りの施設も充実で、良かったです。特に、近くの夕日の丘でサンセットの美しい夕焼けが見れて、大変満足でした。

建物は古いが掃除は行き届いていて問題ない。空気清浄器も設置されていた。 お風呂も温泉でよかったです。 久しぶりにスノーボードをしたが、レンタルのスタッフも親切で色々アドバイスしていただきました。受付の方も親切でよかったです。 食事のバイキングで外人さんが食べ物を 手づかみで試食しながら取っていたので食べ物を取る気がなくなりました。少しずつの量を小皿に取り分けておいて、それを取るスタイルの方が安心出来ると思います。

8月の中旬に家族（夫、私、小4＆小2の男児）で一泊させていただきました。 【良かった点】 暑がり一家のためエアコン無しで眠れるか？と心配でしたが、訪れた日の天気が雨で肌寒かったこともあり、エアコン無しでも快適に眠ることができました。 子ども用の浴衣（歯ブラシも！）がフロントフロアに置かれていたので、利用させていただきました。帰宅後の洗濯物が減らせて良かったです。（館内に洗濯機や乾燥機もありました） 昔ながらのゲーム（ダルマ落としやけん玉、人生ゲーム、UNOなど）の貸出もされており、人生ゲームをお借りしました。普段、デジタル漬けの子どもたちには新鮮だったようで部屋で何度も楽しませていただきました。 翌朝は歩いて数分の女神湖へ行き、一周ウォーキングをしてきました。空気がとても清々しく、周りの景色も素敵でした。 【イマイチだった点】 食事は夜も翌朝もビュッフェでした。好きなものを好きなだけ選べるので、お子さんのいるご家庭には良いと思います。ただ、他の口コミにも書かれているようにビュッフェエリアと食事エリアの間に階段があるため、浴衣では来ない方が良いと思います。（浴衣の裾でつまづいてしまう） また、フロント奥のトイレスペースが狭い上、カバンを掛けられるフックもなかったためとても不便でした。スペースの改善は難しいかと思いますが、フックの取り付けはお願いしたいな、と思いました。 【補足】 ちなみに、、、 あいにくの天気で星空ツアーには参加できませんでしたが、夏でも参加時には薄手のカーディガンがあった方が良い、と事前にお伺いしました。参加される方の参考になれば。

食事バイキングなど、小さい子供(小学校低学年まで)と一緒前提のホテルです。 食事はカニ足の食べ放題などまあまあでしたが、デザートの種類が少なく残念でした。またカレーなど子供も食べるものが 辛かったのは残念でした。甘口と大人用で分けるか、スパイスなど置いて大人も辛く出来るなどの工夫があると良いかと。 お酒含んで飲み放題が付いているのは良いポイントですが、良い物を美味しく、と言う人には向きません。 部屋も皆さん書かれている通り冷房ないので、近年の暑さではちょっと厳しいです。 全体的にスタッフも感じ良く、意外と高く感じましたがまあまあな体験でした。

カリキュラムや道具類は工夫されていますが、受講人数に対して講師の人員が少なすぎるのと、混雑した時間帯のオペレーションが劣悪です。 一日コースで受講しましたが、午前の部は子供15人に対して講師が1人、サポートスタッフが1人という体制で、冗談抜きで待ち時間が全体の8割以上でした。実際に練習している時間は子供1人あたり10分も無い。自習も無いのでただ座って待っているだけです。当然子供は退屈になっていました。これで一万円以上取るのはあり得ないです。

年末年始にスキー旅行で利用しました。和室に家族4人で宿泊。建物自体は古い感じで、部屋内のトイレや洗面設備は古いものでしたが、トイレはシャワートイレでしたし、お風呂は大浴場を利用したので、特に不便はありませんでした。部屋の畳は新しいものでしたし、ホテル通路も多分新しくクッションフロアを張り直してあり、清潔で快適でした。 朝食、夕食はバイキングでした。特に豪華というわけではないですが、美味しくいただけましたし、スタッフの方も親切で快適でした。 ゲレンデが目の前でスキーをしない家族ともゲレンデで一緒に食事したり、ホテルに休憩に戻ることも気軽にできるので、快適でした。

家族で初めてのスキー旅行を計画したので、ゲレンデに近いホテルということで選びました。 本当にゲレンデから近くて、移動がスムーズでした。 施設は どちらかといえば古い建物でしたが、中は綺麗に整えられていましたし、枕を選べたり（先着順ですが）やシャンプー類を選べたり出来て楽しかったです。 食事はバイキングでしたが、思いの外美味しくてたくさん食べてしまいました。地元のお酒の飲み放題もあり、色々なものを飲み比べました。 二日間とても楽しく過ごせました。

7月連休に家族(父、母、6歳、4歳、1歳半)で【森】の部屋を利用しました。 宿泊前にクチコミを見て(クーラーなしや、食事会場、食事内容など)ホテル選びを間違えたかなと心配していました。 駐車場からは少し遠く？長く？感じましたが、大丈夫な範囲です。 部屋もクーラーなしでしたが、快適です、扇風機もあるので空気を循環できます。窓も網戸なので、開けて換気できます。 部屋のトイレ、風呂、洗面台などは古く昔の旅館って感じですが、問題なく使えました。 ブュッフェの会場が食事をとって、階段を上がり席につくスタイル。子供は何度もこぼしたり、落としました。風呂上がりだと浴衣なので階段で裾を踏んで危ないです。大人も子供も浴衣ではなく作務衣や甚平のほうが良い。子供用の食器がなく、コップもグラスしかないので、持ちにくい、落としそうで危なく使わせにくい。プラスチック製のコップや皿、スプーン、フォークがあったら良い。離乳食があるのは助かりました。 料理は、普通で美味しくないものは無かったです。サーブ用のお玉や、トング、アイスのスプーンが汚れていて、見た目が良くなかった、こまめに汚れを拭いたり変えたりして欲しい。 大浴場の脱衣所にある扇風機のコンセントを子供が触って危なかった、天井に扇風機をつけるか、コンセントを触れないようにしないと感電の恐れがあります。ベビーベッドがあるのは良かったです。 大浴場にはスリッパを置く下駄箱を置いて欲しい、クリップで留めて置くようになってましたが、結局、次々に人が入り散らかり脱ぎっぱなし状態で、探すのが大変です。 また泊まるなら白樺リゾートの方が良いですが、高原ホテルも泊まってみて悪くは無かったです。また機会があれば泊まっても良いかな。
