Hotel berhampiran Ko Shrine, Tatsuno

夜のホタルツァーがとても良かったです。個人で行ったとしますと、あんなには見られなかったと思いますし、道もよくわからず、危なかったと思います。案内して下さった方が親切で、いろいろ質問にもお答えいただき、大変楽しく過ごしました。（一人での参加でしたがー）辰野町が町を挙げて蛍に力を入れている、ということがよくわかりました。これからも貴重な資源を守って下さると有難いな、と思います。 お料理は標準的、と思いますが、お値段もそんなに高くなく、お部屋も綺麗でした。温泉の質は大変良かったです。眺めは最高。 それに無人駅である伊那新町に送って下さったのは、旅の良い思い出の一つとなりました。チェックアウトが10時というのは他より1時間は早いように思いますし、ゆっくりするにはせめて11時であってほしいな、とは思いました。

Friendly and warm service. In terms of location, no issue with the drive but may need to take taxi to this hotel from the train station. Provide the service of public bath, unfortunately I got no time for a try.

子供の引越で前泊のため宿泊しました。ホテル内に安価で使用できるレンタカーも利用できるのが決め手になりました。 ホテル内に結婚式も挙げられような宴会場もあり、一回のロビーも広めです。駅からも近いのですが到着したのが22時過ぎで少し道に迷いました。客室は壁紙の継ぎ目がはがれていたりして多少古さを感じましたが綺麗に清掃されていました。 到着後、大浴場がありそこには入れてとても気持ちよかった。 朝食も、和定食といった美味しく頂けた。ツイン朝食付き13900円はちょっと高く感じた。

Bilik mandi yang besar sangat selesa dan bersih, dan bilik-biliknya selesa dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Perkara yang paling penting ialah harga yang sederhana dan tempat letak kereta yang selesa

We decided to stop in Suwa to break up a long drive back to Tokyo. Shinyu looked very good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is renovated and gives a nice modern spa hotel atmosphere. The greeting at the hotel is very nice and the lobby area is beautiful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. Our room was facing the lake. It was Japanese style with tatami and futons. Nice room, nice view. The public bath was nice. Not huge but felt very good. They have an indoor bath, small outdoor bath, a sauna and a cold bath. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. They were both courses and delicious. Service? Well, this is what makes all the difference. When we book hotels we need to detail my daughter's food allergies which are serious. For this trip we had booked many hotels in a row and for some reason when we booked Shinyu and checked-in we just forgot. It was our fault and when we sat for dinner we saw her prepared meal that she obviously could not eat. The staff at Shinyu didn't miss a beat. The didn't make a big deal about it. No stress. The quickly adjusted and made a wonderful dinner for my daughter and also prepared for her breakfast in similar fashion. Wonderful. Such great service. Maybe the building isn't perfect. But the service was perfect. Shinyu was our last stop on our trip and we left with a smile. Shinyu gets an ”Excellent” from my family.

住了兩種房型，前台在第一晚就幫我安排好房間，並讓我第二天將行李留在房間就好，很省心方便。別館的房間挺舊，但價格低，主樓的湖景房景觀一級！早餐温泉都一樣可以享用。早餐味道很不錯，温泉view也是最棒。做一下電子問卷還有小糖果。旁邊就是間歇泉，離上諏訪站也不過走路12分鐘。總之，很滿意！

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was clean and the hot spring water was soft and made my skin smooth. We also visited the large bathroom downstairs, which was spacious and had nice spring water. Dinner was prepared in a separate private room. Again, this was a nice Japanese-style room with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very tasty from the starters and I felt happy. And the staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. She saw me off when I left, and at that point she pointed to the roof of the hotel and said, ”Look. I looked at the roof and saw a real heron perched on it. And when we got in the car and started driving away, the heron flew away too. That was the last service at the Saginoyu(Heron’s Bath).

The hotel location is very good close to train station and bus station across the street. Also, provide breakfast and free drink. It really value for money even the room is small but don’t usually stay at hotel all day so it’s ok.

お仕事ではなく趣味のツーリング、信州周りで使わせていただきました。連休中ということもあって同じような方もたくさん、それだけツーリングにも向いているということでしょうか？ 到着日は寒かったのですが大浴場であったまれました。真夏だとしっかり汗を流せるでしょうか。 Wi-Fiの繋がりもよく、朝食バイキングも美味しくて、減点するところがありません。 またいきます。
