Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service. I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom. but overall im satisfied.

Good breakfast. However hotel arrange our 3 rooms on seperate floor although in one booking, and unable to change to double bed, hotel required rm10 to change from twin bed to double bed.

For one customer like me, i found the room is quite big and very comfortable. Easy to find restaurant if you want to hangout with friends. The problem is this hotel doesn’t have their own car park. Overall is good

The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced for the area, which makes it convenient for business travelers. However, the rooms are quite dated, with old furniture and a generally worn-out feel. I was here for a work trip, so it was fine for just showering and sleeping. But if you're traveling with family or looking for a more comfortable stay, I’d suggest considering other options.

The breakfast is good, the breakfast meet international traveler's minimum standards, having bread, fried eggs and fresh fruits! My 7 friends and myself are very happy with the breakfast and the friendly services! Thank you!

Great location near to town area, accessible to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Since it at the town area the only challenge to find a parking space.

The room is run down. Paid RM 330 for a room which is horrible. I believe the Trip rating is fake. 1- Supposed to be Royal sharing triple room. Got stinky double queen bed room No410. 2- Floor tiles pops up. And creaks 3- Bed headboard looks like it’s going to fall very soon 4- Floor is sticky Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5- Frosted glass is not clean with stains 6- Room smells like stagnant water. Ventilation is poor. 7- Breakfast is not that great. Just Ok. This hotels rating is surprisingly good. I believe it’s fake. Based on my recent stay. I will never come back to this hotel!!! Fake rating beware. Fake rating beware . Fake rating beware.
