酒店位置好，設施新，門口就是步行街，吃飯方便，周邊2公里有大型家樂福，適合購買當地商品，比機場價格划算。早餐在頂樓，視野風景好。

環境很好，服務也不錯！乾淨整潔，性價比很高，位置屬於市中心地帶，出門幹啥都很便利的！推薦！

فندق فخم وهادي في شارع العرب .... قريب للمقاهي والمطاعم العربية المكان جدا محترم ... والفندق ايضا كذلك مريح والخدمات جيدة .. انصح به بشدة سواء للعوائل او العزاب .... الخدمات حوله 24 ساعة سواء سوبرماركت او مقاهي

I loved my stay at the hotel, the breakfast is lovely and has a nice view!! The location is wonderful and surrounded by many cool things such as a rare bookstore and a nice salon and restaurants. Many thanks to Elena the recipient girl who helped me set my new georgian number that the hotel offers for a good price and value!! And she even helped us order a car to the airport and introduced a cool app to us and was very patient and friendly ♡♡♡

The location is good, nearby to metro station and many shops and cafes. There are some halal restaurants nearby so it’s good for moslem traveller. The room is spacious with 2 bed, good for family. The view from the room also nice. Something we didn’t like : We arrived almost 3 PM but the room was not ready. There’s no welcome drink or any compensation offered by the front office staff, just apologize despite I travelled with children. House keeping staff didn’t speak English. We stayed 2 nights but they didn’t change the bedsheet the next day. Limited variety of breakfast menu. No swimming pool.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.
