Ulasan Tbilisi Laerton Hotel

It’s a good hotel but make sure to request a full king bed not two separate beds beside each other

It was my first time to visit Georgia and decided to stay in laerton hotel. Staff were amazing specially the two ladies in front desk. Very helpful and always ready to answer your questions with warm smile. The housekeeping team as well are always making the room clean and tidy. Note: location not far from the center and very quiet with excellent view from the restaurant. Thanks to all the the team ♥️

The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere and we liked it very much as a family. Thank you for the cleanliness and friendly staff. Hope to see you again :)

The hotel is nice. Lived on the 5th floor. There is a more or less panoramic view. My room had a balcony with a swing 😀 quite clean. Breakfast is great. The location is not bad. It's quiet and everything you need is nearby within walking distance. But the windows could have been washed at the hotel. And paint over the balcony a little to remove dirt and mold.

The hotel restaurant has a great view and is great for taking photos. The front desk was also nice and they upgraded my room for me.

The first impression for the hotel was just really really bad. We had a stay of 4 days with them. When we checked in the guy at the reception asked us to take our luggage by ourselves and that too in another building (extension of the hotel) and upon reaching the room the card key wasn't working. When we called him to replace it he asked us to come back to the reception to collect it stating he is the only one in the hotel from the management side. We did that too. After that we had a ''no working kettle'' for which again after having a fight with the reception guy it got replaced. After placing so many complaints to our tour manager, they changed our room to slightly better one and just after entering there the AC seemed to be not working.. The day could have not been any better and it was our Anniversary.. so ya can imagine the frustration we had. After multiple issues again we were again provide a different room on day 3 (this was the day when it was my husbands birthday and they provided us with a cake. So yes a bit happy there) Moving to the breakfast, it was decent. No complains. Staff was friendly too. Overall, not so good experience.
