Friendly service, good location

半夜到酒店都沒有人接待，寒冷的冬天讓我在外面待了一整晚，很糟糕

It is the worst hotel, never go there The hotel staff stole my money and phone This has happened there before Mobile phones, money and watches of passengers are stolen in the hotel I was there without money or cell phone and I didn't know what to do

Overall cleanliness was not the best and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

I am not recommending your stay in this hotel.No business operations shall be conducted at this Hotel. This hotel provided terrible service from the time I checked in until I checked out. I booked a double room which I paid in good amount, but I had a room where someone had already been staying since there were a man's clothes in the closet and three pairs of slippers scattered throughout the space. The room is not clean, the toilet is awful because someone used it and did not flush it thoroughly, there is trash in the trash can, and even the towel is filthy. I have to go down on my own to the reception to get hot water because the shower and hot water aren't working. Reception opens only in the morning. I asked the receptionist a courteous question, but he was quite unpleasant in his response, never helped me with anything, and even instructed me to leave the property. I chose to disregard my unpleasant experiences and stayed at the hotel as I don't have much time to look at and book another hotel in the middle of the night. The only time I spend here is after a long day of sightseeing when I just need to rest.

i was there for about 7 days and nights…the picture in the site is so hopeful but the hotel or somehow better to say hostel..the breakfast repeated everyday( 1 slice bread, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice cucumber and 2 slice tomato and mashed potatoes, 1 tea bag)..the room smelled moisture..hotel has no one as a reception only a few hours in the morning, at nights if you have problem you will be on your own..the woman who is housekeeping, is kind and really do her job..rooms get clean before you arrive there and all of bed linens get washed and replaced. the location is the strenght point of this hotel and its view of balcony. if you seeking a place better than hostels, it would be your choice. even if you have low badget. you can walk from hotel to everywhere you want and the metro station is near so you dont need to rent a car or use taxi.

waited two hours in front of the door of the hotel. Nobody picked up the phone. Had to book a room in another hotel. No refund.

Хочу рассказать о своём опыте пребывания в отеле Isaka, который никому не рекомендую повторить. Вчера при заселении администратор отеля попросил отменить бронь на букинге, т.к. у них очень большая комиссия. Мы без задней мысли согласились и внесли оплату наличными(да-да, там лежит терминал, но оплату только наличкой) за все 15 дней пребывания. Об отмене и оплате мы пожалели очень сильно и очень скоро, но об этом ниже. Заселили нас в номер 7,прям около ресепшена. Сразу в нос кинулся не очень приятный запах(чем то похожий на сигареты), который не пропадал после проветривания. Грязные стены в разводах, мебель из СССР, номер плохо отапливается, из отдельного выхода на улицу из номера тянет холодом. Скрепя зубами мы решили остаться,так как со свободными отелями ситуация сейчас обстоит не лучшим образом. Вечером оказалось, что в номере очень сильно протекает душевая кабина и вся вода из ванной течёт в номер. Видимо течёт уже не один месяц, так как под отошедшими из-за влаги обоями, мы нашли плесень. Зато сразу стала ясна причина плохого запаха в комнате - СЫРОСТЬ. И ещё немного об обоях в том месте, где вытекала вода. Там находится розетка и от стены она отходит вместе с обоями. Безопасно ли это, не думаю? Позвонили вечером администратору и попросили прислать кого-нибудь убрать потоп в номере. На что получили ответ: "Никого нет, все ушли. Поищите на кухне тряпку". Поискали, не нашли, убрали салфетками. На следующий день мы попытались договориться с администратором о возврате средств и уехать в другой отель, но в возврате средств нам отказали. Мы предложили оставить им деньги за пребывание в отеле + заплатить 100 лари сверху за неустойку. Я так и не поняла, почему нельзя вернуть оставшиеся деньги, внесённые вчера наличкой.... Зато нам предложили сменить шило на мыло и переехать в другой отель с очень сомнительными отзывами. Мы распрощались с хозяевами, так и не вернув деньги. Мы то не обеднеем, а вот им они точно счастья не принесут. Да и спорить с мошенниками затея так себе. Надеюсь наша история убережет вас от заселения в этот отель.
