Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Tbilisi

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!

Swimming pool, food was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was stunning 😍 will definitely come back again! The late check in is a little disappointing but no problems at all!

The hotel is a short walk from the old town, the area has many visitors and cafes (I recommend PAUL) belonging to Freedom Square. A modern hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent restaurant with great views of the city. The room is clean and modern, the bathroom has a fantastic shower. The breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful, especially liked that they cooked an omelet on site. The staff were courteous, friendly and exceptional service. I have to tell you about an incident that happened to me, at the end of the checkout, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 headphones in the room. After I noticed that my headphones were lost, I contacted the hotel and after a while received a response from them that the headphones had been found and were waiting for me at the hotel reception. There is no doubt that the next time I go to Tbilisi, I will choose this hotel again!

Этот раз мы были разочарованы выбором отеля: отель подуставший и сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Останавливаемся тут второй раз. Прошлый раз понравилось. Мы заранее предупредили, что заселяемся после свадьбы и у нас свадебное путешествие. На ресепшен сказали, что видели наш комментарий и предложили нам оплатить свадебный пакет. Никаких приятностей от отеля. На вопрос про дневной чай сказали, что тоже отдельная платная опция. У нас был клубный номер: входил кофе и чай с печеньем целый день. Разнообразия по сравнению с другими отелями никакого. Номер сильно уставший, требует реновации. Были в спа. На огромный многоэтажный отель маленькая человек на 6 сауна и такой же хамам. Джакузи не работало. В зоне отдыха всего 2!! лежака. Бассейн на отдел ном этаже и с холодной водой. К сожалению, отель не стоит своих денег. Остались разочарованы.

Очень презентабельный отель с визуальной точки зрения. К сожалению, это тот случай, когда отсутствие сервиса и доброжелательности портит абсолютно все. Была во многих странах с отелями подобного концепта, это совершенно другой уровень. Не доброжелательны, не гостеприимны. Нет гибкости к клиентам. По воле случая нам бронировала тур фирма, в следующий раз обязательно сделаем это сами, и в более душевном месте. Если отель претендует на звание отеля высокого класса, то предстоит огромная работа с менеджментом, людьми и сервисом. Жаль, видно, что проект дорогостоящий.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa masalah biliknya bertaraf lima bintang tetapi perkhidmatan dan makanannya pasti kekurangan harga lebih dari 100 dolar. Suhu makanan bufet sarapan pagi tidak betul. Apabila saya pulang ke rumah pada hari pertama selepas pengembaraan saya pada pukul 6 petang. bilik saya tidak dibersihkan. Saya dibuat sangat marah. Web turun memberitahu mereka untuk membersihkan bilik saya dan menunggu di lobi untuk melakukan sesuatu yang telah dilakukan. .dasar hotel yang mereka katakan kerana covid adalah tidak membersihkan bilik anda! Saya telah bercuti selama 45 hari yang lalu dan ini adalah satu-satunya hotel di tiga benua yang tidak membersihkan bilik saya setiap hari. Mereka juga mempunyai kolam tetapi ia kelihatan sangat tidak menarik. Tiada concierge dan kakitangan tidak tahu jawapan kepada soalan asas tentang syarikat penerbangan atau tempat makan . Hotel ini bernilai maksimum $75 semalam tidak melebihi $100 semalam. Saya selalu bertanya pada diri sendiri adakah saya akan tinggal di sana lagi. Jawapannya adalah tidak. Hotel ini tidak terpulang kepada perkhidmatan jika ia adalah tempoh titik harga bilik sangat cantik walaupun

We were in premium room with lounge . Excellent services every where in hotel . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my third time staying in this beautiful hotel. Only one day left from my week long business trip and I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the hotel. Welcoming staff, beautiful new decoration I saw this time, much better and very tasty breakfast in tiffany bar was a surprise. Room is on the fifth floor, new design and very nice in terms of colours. Bright, simple and with big smart tv with apps to watch. Internet is fine, youtube works without lags. Terrace in the evening is usually full of guests, so I was not able to get there once without prior booking. location is excellent and nice soothing smell in the lobby. All these upgrades were a pleasent surprise.
