It was an amazing experience staying with Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center. I was travelling from dubai with a couple of my friends, and the room space and the condition was pretty nice and cozy. A special thanks to George and Dachi at the front desk who helped me and my friends telling a lot about the the nearby places and localities. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends as well.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

酒店新，性價比高。房間不算大，但舒服，在當地來說不錯。view好，附旁邊就是小型家樂福。早餐的選擇也適中，出品也可以。

Hayatımda bu kadar berbat bşr personel görmedim, gördüysem de hiçbirine böyle bir konaklama bedeli ödemedim, Gürcistan genel olarak yeteneksiz hizmet personelime sahip olabilir ama bir markanın bu denli ayaklar altına alındığını Tiflis te deneyimledim, personel restoran resepsiyon kapı güvenlik hepsi aynı derecede kaba bilgisiz dil bilgisi ywtersiz ön büro dahil ingilizce konuşamıyor, sizi de aşağılar gibi hareket ediyorlar bunu sadece biz değil bir çok misafire aynı berbatlıkla yaşattıklarına şahit olduk, aşırı bir baskı altında gibiler, misafirlere havalimanındaki vize memurundan daha kaba ve sorgulayıcı şekilde sürekli devlet cezalarını hatırlatıyorlar duygusuz vaziyetteler hiç birisi normal değil, nerdeyse sizi cezay sebep olucaksınız diye joplayacaklar, ruhsal olarak problemli birinin burayı etkilediği ortada, genel müdüre ordayken de ulaşmak istedik mail vermediler, personel otelin içinde konaklayan misafirin gürcistandan gelen akrabasını onunla ücretini ödese bile yemek yiyemeyeceğini onunla oturamayacagını anlatırken o misafire biz bile üzüldük burdaki personel Yahudi kampında görev alanların torunları olmalı, genel müdür devlet cezalarıyla ruhsal sorun yaşıyor ve personeli yahudi kamp askerine çeviriyor olabilir, biz günlerce daha kalacagımız halde otel değiştirdik, odaların aşırı küçüklüğü ve kullanışsız banyo da ekstrasıydı, ama böyle bir para verip yahudi kampının esiri muamelesi görmek istiyorsanız o suratsız ruhu çekilmiş personel ekibinin şiddetini gidin bir de siz görün derim....ben bunu tüm mecralara ileteceğim bence skandal

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

A Good hostel with a convenient location. They pay attention to hygienic measures. The staff is helpful. The common area and girls' dorm can be improved a bit. I can highly recommend it for visitors who like to discover tblisi by foot, its location is perfect.

First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Отличный отель, идеальное расположение. Центр, при этом тихий центр. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Диане, внимательная, готовая ответить на любой вопрос. Завтрак - отдельный вид искусства! Домашний йогурт с семенами Чиа - 10 из 10! Дети остались в восторге от выпечки! Ну и про чистоту, очень и очень чисто! Тапочки и халаты есть, просто спросите их на ресепшен. Спасибо в общем, за наш отличный отдых!

Один из лучших сетевых отелей, в которых я был. Все новое. Очень качественно, стильно, красиво. Все в концепции отелей RED - совмещение старого и нового, строгого и комфортного. Очень стильно. Номера шикарные. Кровать удобная. Мне, как статусному участнику сделали апгрейд на две категории, что очень приятно. Номер супериор с балконом - отличный, просторный. Из минусов - базово нет кофемашины. Халаты и тапки, а также принадлежности по запросу. Но сразу же принесли. Отличная французская косметика(правда в диспенсерах). У нас было событие, мы праздновали годовщину. Отель подготовил сюрприз - игристое и закуска ждала нас в номере. Очень трогательное письмо. За что отдельное спасибо. Отдельного упоминания стоит персонал ресепшн. За все пребывание я ни разу не услышал слова нет. Всегда было только Да! Мне организовали: кофемашину(!), тапки/халаты/принадлежности, лёд, принесли доставку еды до номера, без проблем организовали поздний выезд до 16, помогли распечатать, все рассказали. Лукас и Демиан настоящие профессионалы своего дела! Из минусов отмечу housekeeping. Сначала этот человек, не смотря на табличку Don't disturb, три раза ломилась в номер(а мы отсыпались с дороги). Но затем возникла вопиющая ситуация - горничная унесла всё, что увидела - игристое(пол бутылки), закрытую бутылку Боржоми, орешки. И что больше всего расстроило - подаренное письмо от отеля. А также все принадлежности из ванной комнаты. Плюс поставила нам одну открытую(!) бутылку воды и повесила на неё табличку, что она новая. Ужасная ситуация! Хорошо, что я убрал ноутбук в сейф(а то бы и его забрала). Большая просьба сделать замечание горничной, оштрафовать! Ситуацию урегулировали на ресепшн. А нам подготовили новое письмо от команды на память о событии. Спасибо, Лука! Надеюсь больше такое в отеле не повториться. Закрыв глаза на работу конкретной горничной, ставлю отелю оценку 5 с авансом на будущее. Вернусь, понравилось!
