Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .

Rarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside.What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

Had a great stay experience in Tbilisi, the staff is really amazing and helpful, they gave me the travel tips and routes about how to travel locally with the help of public transport. My sincere thanks to Ms. Maria for going next level to create a special list of the recommendations of the spots I should visit, she spent quite a lot time to help me out in the concerns. Other team members were really attentive and helpful as well. The room was upgraded as per my Gold member benefit and the welcome drinks were honoured without any say. Centrally located near to all the major spots of the city and public transport is just 200 metres away from the hotel . Definitely a must place to stay when in Tbilisi.

It is a nice boutique hotel with modern decoration, nice and cozy rooms moreover, the hotel staff is AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful, and whoever is visiting I must recommend trying Teemos homemade cocktails at the hotel bar !! We truly appreciate how genial the hotel staff was and we will definitely stay in Zemeli whenever we can visit Georgia again. Highly recommended!!

Des le premier pas à l'hotel rooms on plonge dans univers unique, un melange ancien et du nouveau, si bien éclairé dans une obscurité agréable et mystérieuse, un design sophistiqué, avec la plus grande classe, du gout impeccable, une beauté à couper le souffle qui se garde aussi dans les petits details. Rooms hotel est pour moi un des meilleurs hotel au monde, c'était une experience vraiment inattendue. L' avenance du personnel, le comfort absolue , la grande classe Géorgienne, avec son hospitalité et l'amour. Le personnel est hyper professionnel, dirigé par Alexandre le stuff manager très à l'écoute, les chambre parfaites, le petit déjeuner est absolument délicieux , dans un lieu si beau et agréable. C'était un séjour de rêve, qui m'a apporté beaucoup au niveau personnel et professionnel, et le ”petit” surclassement que j'ai reçu m'a changé de karma:) Merci à Hotel Rooms, je reviens vite :) madluba genezvali!

This place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid. Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room. When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full. Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds. The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

Отличный отель, идеальное расположение. Центр, при этом тихий центр. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Диане, внимательная, готовая ответить на любой вопрос. Завтрак - отдельный вид искусства! Домашний йогурт с семенами Чиа - 10 из 10! Дети остались в восторге от выпечки! Ну и про чистоту, очень и очень чисто! Тапочки и халаты есть, просто спросите их на ресепшен. Спасибо в общем, за наш отличный отдых!

Отель нам понравился. Уже прямо со входа приятная атмосфера. Спокойное уютное месторасположение. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый, всё объяснят, всё подскажут. Номер чистый уютный, но маловат. Завтраки обалденные.... разнообразные салаты, закуски, сыры, соусы, горячие блюда, выпечка, фрукты....да ещё какой шикарный вид из окошек ресторана. В общем, у нас остались положительные впечатления. И если захотите передвигаться на такси, то советуем скачать приложение ЯндексGo (спасибо, что нам подсказали сотрудники на ресепшн). Намного дешевле, чем просто ловить такси. Всем хорошего отдыха!
