Good location in the vicinity of main Austin area. Many food choices. Room is acceptable in term of cleanliness. Aircon could be stronger though.

Fast check in & very friendly concierge. Decent room size for a night stay, always my top choice when I’m in JB!

Front desk service was great! Super friendly and helpful. We booked a 3-bedded room and it was spacious. The aircon was super powerful and the bed was so comfy to sleep in.

Good location with many eateries nearby. 3 mins walk to Supermarket & Mr. DIY outlet. The hotel room is clean but the room curtain unable to fully shield of the sunlight. Put on eye mask to sleep well.

The staff were very friendly, but you need to have RM100 in cash for a deposit, which will be returned to you upon checkout. There are many shops nearby, within walking distance, including hot pot, BBQ, and skewers.

Perfect hotel for those who wants to be nearer to the Mount Austin area! Walkable to all the popular Austin eateries and cafes!

Toilet not clean. Ask Customer service said evening no cleaning service. Also not offer to change room. Hot shower only last for 15 minutes. Open car park but got security guard at night.

Centralize location around mt Austin. You have massage place right below the hotel and hotpot and various food just a walking distance away.

Great stay at this Midori Concept Hotel. Concierge staff is very friendly. Clean rooms, great ambience. They also provided all the necessary amenities. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed one night. The building feels aged and tired looking. Room design is very Victorian style, which wasn’t to our taste. It gave a bit of an Addams Family mansion vibe. Staff were polite and our room faced some greenery which was a nice plus. However the aircon was noisy and made it hard to sleep. The toilet seat was oddly shaped so it wasn’t comfortable. Overall, the place needs an upgrade. Okay for a short stay if you’re not picky, but wouldn’t repeat.
