Hotel berhampiran Zargandeh Park, Tehran

Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

all of us could accept that defects are integral part of life even during traveling. therefore, we need to be patient and try to improvement. during my stay in this hotel, I've faced great humanistic experiences. for example, I saw that staffs help to adults, pay attention to children and respect to families. I stayed 2 nights for business purpose. I had a little problem before my business meeting. I was so worry and displayed my feeling to related staffs. just after 7 min, problem has been solved. when I was go to check out, staff said me we are so sorry for problem that you've faced and we will try to provide a great service in your next turns of visiting your hotel. this behavior was so valuable and I kept it in my mind. certainly, I will come back to this hotel because of it's friendly staffs and responsible management.

This hotel is located in central area of Tehran. Hotel was very clean and suitable. The furniture was so new and clean. The breakfast was delicious .air condition worked well and very cool in summer. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean.

Старый и фантастически грязный отель. Полумрак на всей территории отеля, липкие полы и грязь, мусор в коридоре, номере, в столовой. Постельное белье застирано до такой степени что непонятно, его вообще стирали? Грязные окна сквозь которые плохо видно даже в солнечную погоду. В столовой грязь на полу, столы в разводах, чистота столовых приборов так себе. Сантехника старая , унитаз живет своей жизнью, набирает воду и смывает сам произвольно (днем и ночью). Интернет отсутствует, роутер просто для того чтобы значок в телефоне горел. Это не отель а катастрофа , я на второй день сбежал из него. Отель по хорошему нужно закрыть!

تحياتي حق كل استاف الفندق اسبيناس خصوصا مديرة رسبشن سميره خليل و مدير الفندق استاذ نادعليان. طبعا بعد تجربتي الاولي قررت هاي المره هم احجز اسبيناس و مباشر خابرتهم و حجزت الغرفه.صح انو كان زحمة بطهران و كل فنادق محجوزه بس قسم حجوزات ساعدني كتير و حصلت الغرفه. اقل من دقيقتين اخذت مفتاح الغرفه و صعدت فوق. النظافه ممتاز الغرفه ذات سريرين كبير و الحمام نظيف جدا شي مزعج انو تكييف مالتهم مركزي يعني بالشتاء حار و بالصيف بارد الغرفتنا كانت حار جدا و ما قدرت انام جيد. بالصبح خابرت سميره و هم طفوا مكيف غرفتي. شي جديد بالفندق انو بالطابق ١٣ فتحوا مطعم حلو مع منظر حلو.و كمان مطاعم طابق ثاني و طابق تحت الارضي هم حلو. شي غريب انو بعد كل ما اوصي اكل و يجيبون اكل يريدون ادفعهم المبلغ مباشر كاش و طلبت منهم انو يخلون علي حسابي و اخر يوم ادفع كلهم بس گالو هذا قانون جديد و ما حبيت چذي.حچيت ويا سميره و بعدين صار اوك و خلوا كل فواتير علي حسابي و اخر يوم دفعت الحساب. هذا الفندق بالمركز طهران و كل اماكن و اسواق قريب عليه و مع مساعده سايق الحباب سيد صادق رضايي رحت اسواق و مولات و اماكن ترفيهيه. اخيرا اريد اشكر من كل قلبي من سميره خليل و بنات رسبشن شهيدي و بورمعمار و ولد اسمه موسوي و شباب سليماني و محسن و سعيد و صابر و كل استاف اللي ساعدني بالفطره اقامتي في فندق اسبيناس. تحياتي الكم

ホテルの方々も気さくな人たちでみな優しく、私の急な延泊のお願いも快く受け入れてくれたとてもいいホテルだと思います！ 中のレストランもゴルメサブズィやゲイメ、モルグやケバブは100~150トマンと、とても安く食べることができました 2つの地下鉄の駅、ターレガーニ駅とダルヴァーゼドウラト駅に挟まれている立地なので、交通の不便さも感じませんでした

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have come to this hotel with my wife and now I am staying there for five days. It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . My stay at the heritage hostel in Tehran was truly memorable. The charming atmosphere and beautiful architecture of the hostel made it feel like a unique and authentic experience. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Zabi, Hanef and m rio and also sadaf in particular, was always available and willing to assist me with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a comfortable and culturally rich stay in Tehran

Hotel's management, location ambience and experience is awesome. Covid management is upto mark of international standards. Language can an issue in Tehran but hotel staff is very professional . I recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay in Tehran..
