Hospitality and service is very good. I liked the evening vibes of the place where everyone is gathering near the chill zone area. Food quality and service is really good and fast. Good parking space.

Food is really good. Service is polite but slow. Tv doesn’t work and the wifi is highly inconsistent which is concerning since the area does not have mobile network coverage.

It was fantastic stay, me and my wife ***** with another couple visited the place, we really enjoyed our weekend and the price was very cheap which is surprising. Just a note that, it was little far from mahabaleshwar market.

Almost everything related to this property was really bad. We paid around rs 4000 per room, but the amenities were zero. They did not even have wi-fi facilities, and none of the services like jio, airtel, or vodafone had towers in this area, so we didn't even have a network to call and inform anyone about our situation. Additionally, there was no cleanliness. The whole building was broken and dirty. We booked a room with a pool view, garden view, and forest view, thinking we would at least enjoy the view. However, when we opened the room, we found that none of the rooms had any sort of view. They had put tin sheets outside the windows for some reason. The rooms had a lot of mosquitoes and other insects, which was quite scary, and we were worried about what might happen if something went into our ears. The toilets were very dirty and had broken toilet seats. The management of the whole hotel was very poor. The food quality and timing took about an hour to prepare tea and food. We complained about a couple of things to the property manager, asif saiyad, but he was super rude and not ready to accept that there were problems. We asked him to clean the swimming pool water so we could enjoy it, and he said the swimming pool did not have sewage water, so it was clean. The whole experience was bad. This will help customers avoid booking this hotel and enjoy a safe stay at some different hotel.

Worst ever hotel experience, no wifi no network, bad food, zero maintained rooms, worst washrooms, worst and arrogant management. Hope mm t will remove this hotel from the list and make sure no one will book this place, very very disappointed. If i had choice will mark it as -100 in rating.
